Ah..... you may need to forget about that, we don't need such small development. there is another ico that already build the platform for your friend lol. that will be useless and none will participate in there.
That's just increasing another crap token on erc20. Just like a scammy thing.

Honestly, if it is a small project, ICO is not the way to go about it. I would say not to create ICOs for the sake of creating it (and for money), unless the business idea is great and you have a good team behind the project. You need to have a good business idea and plan to carry out your project, and yes, ICOs are very difficult to handle and manage if you want to be successful.

Do rethink about it, and find alternative solutions like kickstarters or just earn normally through the business. Not to put you down, but just look at the competitive ICO market out there, and you will find it to be quite saturated nowadays. Undecided

if you want to create a token dividend share with erc20, use an interesting concept, and assumption with right profit. not only that , smart contract must be clear and have a good transparency wallet.

Start asking your friend if he is ready to spend hundred of thousands and does he have partners already? some investors? if try to think again because every single day ICOs are being introduced and a lot of them fail at the end.You can promote the ICO using social media and ask some bloggers to write something about the ICO.

I do not think I need a lot of money. In the early days of an ICO project, I thought it would only cost you up to five million euros! Since a typical small and medium-sized physical technology company usually does not have a market capitalization of more than five million euros, I think five million euros is more than enough. In addition, ICO's development team needs to be accountable to investors and should not be abandoned until half of it has been developed.
