I would like to send some payment from a script.

The r some other way that I can use in order to send BTC from a terminal ?

You could use an API[1] or a wallet like bitcoin core that supports commands from the command line.

e.g. https://www.blocktrail.com/api/docs

Not that I am aware of. The new - currently in beta - version might support something like that though, but I doubt it. What are you trying to accomplish?
