Website can be created in a couple of hours/overnight , just go to www.wix.com and pick which template you want, let me know the name of the template you choose, and ill modify it for you (supply the information/pictures etc)

You can also host you site for free, it appears under this format "http://(your username).wix.com/(name of site) for example: http://blakebirk.wix.com/tennis

I've used wix for previous projects and its pretty good.

You can also connect an existing domain and subscribe to a hosting plan, which then make your site live underneath its own domain.

You can also host a shopping cart with paypal checkout, but the shopping cart needs to be updated manually e.g. add products etc
