Boot up a LiveCD, like ubuntu for example. Then connect your computer to your printer via a USB then print.

You don't need an internet connection to print....
Unless your printer is strictly a network printer (which I don't think even exist) just connect a USB cable & send it that way.

Having said that is there anyway you can verify your private key is correct? can i download brain wallets site locally and make sure the private key is safe by inputting it without a internet connection?

Writing down the keys is too much human error which could back fire massivly. I can only think of printing them off onto paper but that means i would need to be connected to the internet any suggestions?
