Honestly, i can't find exact words to response you. You insist to express yourself in very bad way.
I am not litterally talking on behalf of 100.000 persons community, but the reason is on my side by the confirmation of any reasonnable user here or wherever.
I really wish you the best of luck finding great opportunities suitable to your skills, but the way you are responsing here tells that you can't be a good person to make deals with. I suggest you to revise the way you communicate before providing more details about your carreer profile.

My "background" is confirmed, was and will be to everyone interested on that project. I do not expect people to trust me blindly but see opportunity same as me.
And i do not care if the people who contact me have any forum ranks or not. I "judge" people by their way of thinking, not by spending time over bitcoin forum making posts that's being merited by other people you know?

There are a lot of newbies pretending to be AI tech and business managers, go and make partenership with them. Those who contacted you based on this topic are either newbies who are yet learning basics about how to behave among a public forum community, or they are scammers who will sooner exploit your knowledge (if any) or propose you to run a scam plan.

You are saying you are professional and have good business ideas but one thing you need to understand no one going to do partnership with you here on this forum because any brainer will never invest any amount here so better please go your local bank or business community and try for good partnership surely this will works for you and your team.

I have couple of IT's behind me to cover any ideas and make the dreams to become true.
I am more business guy than IT specialist and person with ideas and plans but also with creative team who have years of experience in the IT scene.
I don't start the project alone (with my team) because if something is going to be created it should be at professional level without exceptions and compromises which also require not small amount of funds.
And to the same questions i can answer that a big company or exchange is always held by few persons, no matter you see one name as CEO there is many investors and also shares

2 - People are lazy when it comes to reading long texts like yours. So when you create a thread in that place where I gave you the link try to create an ANN Thread with a good designer with easy understanding of what you want.

3 - It is easier for people to believe in the things they can see, if you can put a demo of your work on your new Thread you will be able to attract more people

From what i can understand from your nice post, you can create an exchange app and you are looking for partnership with serious people. Let's just imagine it; if a team partenersship decides to lunch an exchange, do you really think that they will look for someone (one person) to develop it? And if so, why they should trust you? based on what? Building an exchange from scratch isn't that easy to be done by one person. Usually, a group of devs assist this kind of work.
If you have enough knowledge to build such a complicated app, why don't you just provide a prototype or a portofolio that contains your previous works? But why don't you start an exchange project by yourself?

Everyone know that most of people won't leave exchanges such as coinbase and etc, but that doesn't mean step by step you can't reach their level and even pass them.
Creating real professional exchange created with all the security, with forum where people can discuss free and read news, have low fees and being served as they are special is not unreal it is actually the path of success.

This is not only a story but a true big business project which will not be cheap because if you want to become rich you  should know the path is long and should be transparent.
