I had this exact same problem yesterday and todays morning, finally found the solution myself by looking at all the possible conf commands:

add to litecoin.conf or whatever coin you are mining

rpcthreads=8

You can also use a higher number, the default is 4 so it only allows 4 connections.

once 4 miner run i can try to use browser on any miner to connect to ip:port jsonrpc login request but it doesnt load on any miner. it doesnt matter which one.

also used -server command doesnt help.

it seems there is a limit of max 4 connections or something.

On the machines that can't connect, can you open a browser to the IP:port of the computer that contains the wallet?  You should get a jsonrpc login request if it can connect.

Also when you open the wallet (I might be wrong) but I think you have to open it with the -server flag.  Are you doing this?
