If you buy chips from KnC then they provide you with necessary documentation provided you would sign the NDA. Read the offer description at KnC site.
Yes, and this has been discussed before in this sub-forum.
But there are at least 2 things that you need to know about the chips:
-The efficiency is quite bad for now, or you will need to lower the hashrate in order to achieve 1W/Gh (if it's possible at all)
- It will take some time to have populated boards in such a quantity, depending on the data provided by knc, anything between 2 and 6 months
Other manufacturers are selling the chips with datasheet and even board designs freely available before you buy. And this is for chips with better efficiency.
Yes. I did not say that KnC chips are a best choice.
