I have a question. If I have an idea for a new topic sub-section (dont know if this is the right term...as example I would say "meta" is a "sub-section" of "Other") Actually 2 "sub-sections"
One would be an area for "Conspiracy Theory" because its all over the place in bitcointalk and I find it wildly off-topic MOST of the time, also it is largly disinformation at worst or simply a matter of personal belief at best. By definition, none of it is proven truth, thus the "theory" designation. It is highly annoying, creates huge arguments and ill will all around, how about giving it its own sub in the "Other" section?

One man's conspiracy theory is another man's conspiracy fact
. I'm not sure they need their own section and it's hard for mods to decide which theories should stay and which are classed as conspiracy and are to be moved. If a post is off topic or completely ridiculous or trollbait it will likely be moved to off-topic anyway.Also I was talking with another user about the possability of having a "Creative" section. There are plenty of users in here with talent to share, it just doesn't fit neatly anywhere on btctalk, yet.
Again, these threads would go in off-topic. Don't think there would be enough demand for a separate Creative sub.
