You could use Teamviewer to give them access.

Or remote desktop.  The advantage with teamviewer is if IP changes they can still log in with it.
There's also VNC, but that's not reallly VPN.

I think you mean VPS and not VPN.  VPN and VPS are 2 different things.  Personally I dont see someone paying the 30 dollars mentioned per month unless its something they could not do on a legitimate VPS.  I would watch traffic if you choose it.
Right, I ment VPS. I agree with you, but a legit reason could be they want to pay with BTC.

I believe its linode that accepts btc possibly more.  The thing is they do monitor activity.  I would worry about anyone who would pay 30 btc for something they could get for less for regular money.

I do understand needing money.  I would look into goods or services that your able to sell.  On services one with less risk then allowing someone to use your pc, isp, etc for something that may not be legal.

you can install remote desktop and let others use it as remote server
also windows based server sold for higher price then linux ones

I think that mining with my PC is not profitable (maybe 10$ per month), so I am thinking to lend my PC for about 30€ per month or something like that, because I am a student and badly need money.

You may have some trouble selling something like that if you do full disclosure. People who would want something like that for legitimate reasons are going to want redundant hardware/infrastructure, a legal privacy policy, etc. I would be very wary of anyone who would be interested in something like that for more than just mining GPU coins. You won't make a lot renting it to someone for that.

I don't need to compete as I have free electricity so I can lend it very cheap.
I don't care neither about internet traffic as I have unlimited plan, but yes I am a little afraid what are they gonna do from my IP, so ISP can blame me.

PC is like that:
Xeon E3-1230v3 (4Cores - 8Threads)
8gb ddr3
160gb HDD
R9 280X

But what then? I give them full access over teamviewer or something else? I am really noob here and don't know how goes the things.

You could give them teamviewer or remote access.  The problem is you cannot really compete with most professional services and be profitable.  For example amazon even throws in free lower ones, and a lot have promos to use.

Also keep in mind you would have their traffic on your internet.  If they are doing something wrong the ISP is going to blame you.

Install what the customer want. You can ask more for Windows server VPS instead of Linux VPS.

I have one spare computer that is connected to variable 100/100mbit to 1/1gbit internet and I was thinking to change it to VPS and then offer it here in Digital Goods section for BTC.
So I would like to know if I need to install any software or what I need to do so I can start offering my VPS to other people.
