They could have hired a professional white hat hacker with that big amount if I am correct. Why do they need to hold a bounty which may not get the enough promotion and get the solution.
I have a friend who is a developer and I am quite certain that he would be interested in something like this, the reward looks cool and it's very nice of Credits to organise something like this, I know they would profit from it as well by ensuring their platform has no weaknesses but it's still nice that they bothered at all.
That is such a huge amount coders and developers really get a huge amount when it comes to bounty of this kind no wonder they charge huge amount of money with their service, several months ago I also read a bug bounty campaign on one project and they also offer a huge amount.
