Their ANN thread had been locked up already https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/crex24com-cryptocurrency-exchange-official-thread-2101721 and as we can see on their forum reputation which is already an obvious one.

Wondering if there are still people who do make use of this platform.Based of on UI, then this one reminds me of Poloniex which i do have the same impression.
I do see a number of scam accusations against then coming up in the scam accusation board once in a while which means there are still some folks out there who just register and deposit money into the scam exchange minus reading anything online.

More than a year has passed and Crex24 continues to retain users' currencies. Total lack of honesty with the owners of the coins.

Tried to look at on their orderbooks they do still have some big volume on day to day basis which is a bit surprising but i wont still be convinced on touching this platform.

I'm a user of crex but never encountered any problem so far. Or maybe, I haven't trading the mentioned alt by the OP. I saw that HTML coin is really in maintenance mode. I hope they will not follow the footsteps of other exchanges. It is one of the few exchanges that I am using because of ease of withdrawal without KYC. Now with this situation, I guess I need to park future transactions with them.

You should be careful. If they enforced KYC on EU users, it's probably just a matter of time until they do the same thing for the rest of the countries. I would suggest sticking to Kucoin and Binance.

I also use this exchange for my few altcoins which I can only there to trade, I never had any serious problem there, but this seems to me like a previously seen scenario with Cryptopia or Tradesatoshi or...
let this stand at least as a warning that people do not hold coins there if not necessary.

Can't tell for sure but it's clear that the exchange is probably going to stop operating soon. We should stop using an exchange like this, but after what happened to a dozen exchanges out there, it seems like people are not going to change the way they manage their funds.

I find this article: crex24 Exchange accused of hiding hack from customers

Quote
Crex24’s members claim that the exchange has not given an explanation for its suspension of more than sixty altcoins. The exchange has also frozen withdrawal and deposit services for many of the platform’s coins.

Also, they have some problems with Htmlcoin, suspicious transaction moved a larger amount of this coin to Hitbtc

Quote
However, the anonymous source claims to have identified 1.3 billion Htmlcoins being withdrawn from Crex’s wallet, worth $72,800, on Feb. 12. The funds were sent to cryptocurrency exchange Hitbtc.

If wee looks at some of the previous exit scam exchange strategies, this seems to indicate to the same scenario.
