Did you have a tx hash?
Do you double check the wallet address?
Did you send with the correct format?
Because to deposit in ripples, some website needs to add "Wallet Address" and "Tag" or "Memo" or something like that and it's different name between one exchange to another exchange.
And if you see in the deposit section, there is a caution which mentions "Deposits without Message/Destination Tag will be lost!"
I hope you do not forget to add the Message/Destination Tag.

[img][img]I sent some ripples to my wallet but cannot access the funds I DONT SEE FUNDS IN MY WALLET. Support answered few times and said that they will contact me definitely at somepoint and asked hashes and coins name. Then things got weird. No more anwsering they said they are checking everything but nothing. many hours have gone and I tried test send BTX and they came fast and ripple have been now for maaaaany hours and nothing now its 24hours already and I didn't got any anwser. THIS PLACE SHOULD GET FUCKING HACKED. Fucking estonias fucking thiefs 50euros it really fucking big money here and feeling bad 'cause if they really stole those coins from me. Gotta start thing something that what I will do. HACK THEM and take some money from them to me. Worthless little piece of shits if nothing they give. I RECOMMEND YOU TO BE CAREFUL AND RECOMMEND TO TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY OUT FROM CREX24.
