yeah is true since now they do GEO IP blocking. but the price hes chargning is over charging especially witht that mininum, maybe if he had a lower mininum it will work out fine for his service.

Most likely because they live somewhere different than they want to post. Craigslist requires SMS verification so you would have to have a phone number.
