As a player I like Kholi, but as a captain, i hate this guy. He doesn't have any respect for senior players. And he thought no one would compete for his position. I think Rahane is the best competitor for captain position I am sure Kohli will lose his captainship. Come to the game India scored 206/3. Except for the captain, all 3 batsmen played well, and Poojara is heading to one more century in this test.

India has got to a good start but now have lost the wicket of Dhawan but Rahul is looking in a good touch and Pujara is in great form too so I think this partnership will be key for India to take India to a good score and I am sure India will put a huge total even in this match.

If SL team continue this flop show in coming events, then this team also go down. To compare these two teams Bangladesh is far better. In this test, i don't have another opinion India will win.

Looks like the Indian under 19 team will win this test match as already they win the first innings and England lost by 8 runs despite Jacks making 102 runs and now they are trailing by 116 runs for 3 wickets. Another 200 or 250 runs would be enough to win them the match.

This is only because of the Recent Batsmen Friendliness by ICC, They want to make the game quick and short, Killing the longer enjoyable formats. The ICC only cares about money unfortunately. In my opinion The world has many quality bowlers instead we don't have any Quality batsmen anymore (except few), Show them a green pitch and see how they will perform. Its now all about bashing instead of staying at the crease. I don't know who to blame, The Shorter format or the ICC for not keeping a balance, Almost every country has its own Super/Premier league which is killing the true formats, imo the ICC should place a limit on these leagues, Like A Player Can't play More than "X" number of leagues per year. What do you guys think about it?

You mean to say so far test draw matches happened only in India, not in any other countries? I do agree that partially it happens due to pitches, but mostly it depends on bowlers performance. If the team don't have good bowlers to take ten wickets, then no pitches can help those teams.

Tomorrow second test match between Indian and SL going to start. Based on last match performance everyone will think India will win this match easily but let's see whether SL can give any surprise performance in this test match.

What a play by india easily winning the first test match against sri lanka but obviously i won't be watching the future matches as well because of the slow pace game. A good news for all of us the bcci recently announced t20, odi and test matches in india. Against australia 5 odi and 3 t20 , against new zealand 3 odi and 3 t20 and against sri lanka 3 tests [ again :-( ] and 3 t20. Nice way to end 2017.
