They are shy to show the territory of Lugansk & Donetsk media space.
There are quite a few interesting points to note from that map, apart from Crimea. For example, Tibet is given as separate from China and Gilgit-Baltistan is given as separate from Pakistan. Also, note the color difference in the latter case. But that doesn't mean that the Freedom House is recognizing Gilgit-Baltistan as a separate nation.
