This has nothing to do with trust being moderated, it isn't (cases of spam being the exception here).
Theymos controls the account DefaultTrust and ultimatively decides who's DTX and who isn't.
Selecting DT members != moderating trust.

You are not so much asking a question as you are trying to imply something about the current Default Trust members. If you have a problem, then speak out in Reputation.
