Hi Guys,
About 3 months away from an ICO. I'm helping a friend to get setup.
We were thinking of using a CRM to manage ICO participants.
We have a database of about 10,000 we need hit as a priority.
Are people using CRMs or just spreadsheets for this? If so, what CRMs are people using? For bonus points, are people using marketing automation solutions like Mailchimp and Pardot. If so, whats popular?
