Add your site to Google.com/Webmasters and then check Security Issues , there u will get information what is the cause for that Safebrowser Warning.

As per my experience if u are using Popads then 100% sure due to presence of there widget on ur site this all happen. Removal is the only solution.

Any adnetwork present on your site if got infected with any Trojan, Virus then your site too come in that same circle and Google will put Safe Browsing warning on all those sites having that adnetwork.

I just had added anti-adblocker code and ad networks and popup ad codes only.
