i want to create an ICO for my project and am wondering should i use crowdsale or dcorp. Anyone can provide any advice?

If i start with ICO selling, do i have to utilize the coins in the project? If I don't want actually use the coins in the project, does it mean that the token i created is impossible to sell as its value will not increase?and you have good team is good open ico seling
If I go with DCORP, it only depends on if the project can make profit or not no matter if it uses coins or not.
