This is already total bullsh*t reason for you to doubt or completely stop whenever any site that do offer such thing.Anything that do ask out for a fee before you can make some withdrawals then its a 101% scam to be avoided but due to greed there are still fools who do fall easily with these obvious scams.The only thing that would only save you is your common sense.and if you deposit that's it. your scammed.
bitcointalk is a medium not only for intellectuals like you but also innocents too, if you think my reason to doubt is bullshit you can try it personally as an experience, yes common sense do save oneself, but their are some innocents who don't know how the various ways of getting scammed, there are new commers in crypto community daily. This is just a small topic for awareness, you might be at a intellectual level who can easily know how a person can easily get scammed but don't judge everyone with your intellectual level by make a harsh statement.
