There are lot of shillers down here, I just don't know if they are still available but back then they are many and most of them are newbies so you better be careful of hiring some. It will backfire to your project, investor lately are more sensitive and knowledgeable. You have to make the product more useful or focus in your coin and not on the amount of fake followers, it will just end up getting worst unless to are aiming for some pump and dump scheme. If your project is in good shape, people will just come around naturally not because of shilling but you have passion in your work and it gives good outcomes.

You can build that and you need more shillers. These shillers will always be shilling your coin to the various big groups of trading groups in the telegram or even discord. Building the crypto army is not an easy task and you must be patience caused by it needs the time to attract others to take a look at your project. You must know that if those meme tokens are getting their army caused by it was getting shilled to the so many people and this makes so many people got curious about what tokens that already shilled and they will be starting to join in your group and to be a part of your community. The more people joined and stay in your group and it will make your coin become even stronger

So you have coin that already listed in cmc and pancakeswap that's why you want to build an community? Well that's a good idea but i suggest create an event for exposure especially on social media or here in forum you can run a campaign as well so that everyone can advertise your project.

A great number of crypto YouTubers are "for sale", and will promote your project if you pay them enough. You may have to pay anywhere from $1,000 for a short 1-2 minute promotional segment on a small channel, up to six figures for a full, detailed episode promotion on a huge channel. depending upon the size of the channel's audience, its demographics, etc.

Since it's probably "slanderous" to identify the by name as "for hire", I suggest you just start looking at the big crypto channels. You will notice many of them always pump the same projects and coins around the same time. This will indicate they were all part of a coordinated marketing campaign by coins, tokens or projects to "pump" for maximum effect.

But if you are serious about promoting a project, there are crypto marketing consultancies who can design and implement any level of campaign.

Please be more specific of what "army" you're asking about. Is it having more people in your community since you've mentioned that your coin is already listed on those exchanges and in cmc as well?

If it's about the community. As you've said, you already have your product and real business. Start with your existing customers and have some discussions with them.
