most crypto gamblers here dont like kyc at all. so if he wants to set-up a casino, maybe just go full crypto so people will not oblige to submit their kyc details.

I only play every weekends but the site that I'm playing with has been pretty great for the last 6 months for what I use them for.

1. They have responsive customer support. Their ToS rarely change, and if anything they inform users days before the change goes live in their site. It's a very crucial thing.

The key features I'm looking for the new crypto casino is the security and of course the fairness of the casino itself, the casino should be fair at all times and of course secure or players and if they won big amount they should pay them as soon as the users wanted to withdraw his funds.

I see one of the main problems is KYC, as it goes against the ideology of decentralized currency. However it's not the casino operators that has interest in KYC, it's the regulators, Curaçao are the ones that needs it. On the other side running a casino without Curaçao license would be a problem, game providers and other B2B partners would not be interested to deal with you, if you don't have license at all. I guess you have to find some middle ground that complies with the regulators and casino players, asking for KYC in cases like high withdrawal amounts, suspicions activities etc. I'm yet to find top class crypto centralized casino, that has no KYC at all, the factor of KYC and that it can be asked is always there.

Regarding other features it's pretty clear, everyone likes fast, smooth experience with less costs, and live support if needed.

It would actually be nice to have more ways to interact and play directly against other players instead of constantly feeding the house money. Sure the house could take a commission from each bet, but it'd be more of an original idea than all the cookie cutter casino clones out there. The main priorities for a new casino are knowing it is secure - it's holding anonymous cash that is impossible to get back, it has to be able to withstand multiple different types of attacks that are going to happen and will possibly have sensitive identity documents shared with it.
