Initially, we want to accept investments by supporting the BNB and ETH networks. Will these be sufficient for you?

This is a red flag imho. No one will invest to new casino here since we don’t know yet if you are trusted or not. You can run with our money and use different domain for your website to repeat the process of gathering funds.

Even casino that already established a solid reputation still considered as high risk since it’s still a casino investment which a bankruptcy is possible due to competition. I suggest that you should fund it for yourself until you finally acquired a loyal customers then offer an investment once your reputation was cemented.

Hello friends, I used to work at a casino provider, and now I'm developing my own site and games based on cryptocurrency. I need your help to develop a good site. What problems do you see in current crypto-based sites, and if you were to create your own site, how would you like it to be? I want the games on my site to operate with a 99% RTP, so I will not include any games that do not meet this condition. I would appreciate it if you could keep this in mind. You can also suggest a name for us.

EDIT 1

I would like to ask you more specific questions.

Our plan is to launch with 10 games that have a high win rate, and these will be games we have developed ourselves. For example, games like Mines, Plinko, and Hilo. Do you think 10 games would be satisfactory for you?

10 games to start with is not a bad choice and I guess it would be sufficient to start the site.
What do you exactly mean by accepting investments in BNB and ETH ?
Are you asking for partnerships or do you mean accepting deposits for gambling in BNB and ETH.

10 games is more than enough to start with mate .

there are some casino that is famous now but started to even 1 game available  like Duelbits but theirs is unique .

consider Bitcoin first before other altcoins because that will help you gather more players.

As for me - i`d prefer ten high quality games than hundred clones. Anyway, you can add some games later and it would be nice to see something new.
About networks - BNB is enough for me. But if you want to get more gamblers i can recommend to add TRC and TON networks. And may be some network with small commissions, like Polygon.

Are casinos true to their high RTP? You should consider that even as I do not believe they are true to it. Offering such a high RTP and being true to it could be very risky in my opinion.

This sounds like a good plan, after all, you are just starting and you can continue to add games as the project advances. What I like you to know is that there is no amount of games that will be satisfactory to gamblers as we have our different preferences, but note that the number of games you have can define your size as an establishment too.

In other words, 10 games is still a welcome development in my opinion but expanding it will be better.

No! BNB is cool by me, but ETH is a discouragement due to the high fee associated with it and it will discourage enough people. You may also consider an extra coin with a very low transaction fee and fast transaction speed to make it 3 for a start.

Thank you for your answer. That is so important for us. Actually we are developers and mathematicians not cheater. And this industry I saw a lot of cheater for this reason we want to open our casino. How can you be sure for our RTP value. For example for you I can create RTP calculator. You can define game count and the code can work for you 100000 times. Is this convincing to you? Or do you have any other suggestion?

Anyway, I advise charging zero withdrawal fees for all crypto like Bitcasino, Sportsbet.io etc which could attract punters in droves.

This is a good suggestion, as only a few casinos are doing this. In terms of games, it does not really have a big impact on the gamblers since there are plenty of games online to be played. Even if you design your own game, it could easily be imitated in the long run, especially if it becomes popular. So, I also suggest making an interesting game, but it's better if you also have the popular games alongside the ones you develop. This way, players have a lot of options while playing on your casino. And just to emphasize again, the "free withdrawal fee" is a big deal.

how would you like it to be? I want the games on my site to operate with a 99% RTP
I think you'll go broke quickly. Smiley But you will certainly get your moment (short) of glory.

Let's assume that your casino's RTP will be 99%. How can I, a gambler, be sure of this, that the RTP is exactly this, and not lower? I would like to have some evidence, not just pretty numbers. I don’t have the slightest idea how technically this can be implemented (gamblers won’t look at the source code of the game every time, right), from the position of a gambler, I would like to have a similar opportunity to track the real RTP in games.

so I will not include any games that do not meet this condition.
Are there any games with such a high RTP (from popular developers)?

Our plan is to launch with 10 games that have a high win rate, and these will be games we have developed ourselves. For example, games like Mines, Plinko, and Hilo. Do you think 10 games would be satisfactory for you?
Did you develop these games yourself? Fabulous! Show source codes confirming RTP=99%. Another question remains open: whether your casino will host games with exactly the same source code (RTP=99%).

10 games seem to me to be quite enough to start. Start with it, and you can always add more later.

Initially, we want to accept investments by supporting the BNB and ETH networks. Will these be sufficient for you?
It's exactly the same here. At first, that's quite enough. Based on the demand of gamblers, you can later add other payment options.

Building a casino is like building a startup with a proper plan and execution. You need to have a huge bankroll initially before starting the casino.
And a start-up is any thing (E.g. business like casinos) and to make it more precise, it's always better to come up with a proper plan. That may not be enough but a proper execution is also important. I think this is why there is such thing as a roadmap, so that we can timed our moves. The word initial says it all, so it may be fine to also have an initial or small capital when we are still starting and it is understandable. Our casino can still grow later on if we are that blessed, hard-working, and honest with our operations.

Develop 3-5 games, but make sure they are fair and bug-free. Moreover, the UI of the casino and customer service are what matter the most. Checklist all these criteria, and you are good to go.
Bug-free game sounds too good to be true, eh? Most especially if one is only starting. We all have different preferences when choosing a casino. For some it was the UI or the sites design but for the others it is if they have a responsive CS. It would be better if they will possess it all even slowly, to be able to cater more audiences.

Building a casino is like building a startup with a proper plan and execution. You need to have a huge bankroll initially before starting the casino. You can’t just rely on the investments from the common people. Moreover, the quantity of the games doesn’t matter; what matters is the quality of the games. Develop 3-5 games, but make sure they are fair and bug-free. Moreover, the UI of the casino and customer service are what matter the most. Checklist all these criteria, and you are good to go.
Not only just that limited to casino but also in other forms of investment as well on which it would really be needing up that proper planning and execution if you do really like for these things to be that on good path
or something that will really be that organized but of course it wont really be something that gives out guarantees if we do speak about success on which it would really be just that a normal approach.

On the moment that you would really be finding yourself on trying out to run up a casino and everything is already set, then the next move you would be making is to have that
kind of marketing on which we know that this is something that will really be that crucial for market exposure because if this one isnt that being putted up then
it would really be that likely to get that sufficient players. As for recommendations then always stick with the best ones and you wont really be finding any issues with this one.

Also number of games is not the only factor, having hundreds/thousands games can be nothing if you dont have any other things in your casinos such as promotions.
Well said. It's not about the quantity, but it's about the quality at the end of the day. Their site needs to offer something unique related to their games through promotions etc in order to draw in gamblers.

Or it is other different investment, kindly explain it with more detail about this investment.
I believe he is talking about providing BNB and ETH payment methods to the customers for more options.

10 games as long as the games are attractive, it is enough as a start but if you are willing to compete with all the other existing casinos, it wont be enough.

Are you referring to bankroll invstement where customers spend their money in your casino's bankroll to take the risk of making profit against players?

some gambling sites here even started with single game so having 10 is more than enough to start your plan and make sure that you will satisfy each players to make your site more attractive.

Well, if you plan to make a site with a 99% RTP, then it would be nice for the members. Would that be a casino for the people and not for the owners? Hmm. I think it would be nice if players would be able to audit the code and make sure that everything is according to what really is happening behind the scenes.

For the name, I have no creative juices right now but it can be related to your mission and vision. Try and explore that.

I'm not much sure about it but I suggest you to contact some two people who have been part of casino industry and they can give you very helpful advice.

I suggest you to talk with SirJohnVonSlotty as he has been part of a casino in past and he might be part of one casino even this day, and dewez who's the owner of l0tt0.com and he has all in house games at his site.

Both of them have proper knowledge about casinos and they can be very helpful for you in your project. You can contact them via private messages or they might visit this thread after getting those mentions.

Well, one problem I have first of all is that, you are not the very first person, or the second, or third, or even the tenth person, coming to this forum to let us know that they are working on launching their own casino, and seek advice from us on the best things and features to implement, and what not to implement, we all, the users of this forum will give our advice, and at the end, such persons never return back to let us know if they later launched their casino, or they later dumped the project.

Personally, I believe anyone developing a casino should already be a gambler and alot of experiences, and you having worked in a casino should already have alot of experience as well; in terms of what customers like and what they don't like, what type of games customers enjoy the most, and which games they particularly don't really give attention to.
I did like you to use this experiences to build your casino, we did love to see you launch the casino, and after testing it, we can then tell what to remove, what to add, and what to adjust.

And as to what to call your casino, I honestly have no idea at the moment, but to make the search for what to call your casino fun, maybe you can launch a contest where users here can suggest up to 3 names, at the end, the user with the best three, or the user that suggested what you like and would like to go with, can win a small prize, it can be $50 to $100, doesn't have to be much.

Thank you very much for your response. As soon as we launch our website, you can be sure that I will inform you from here. I have also been following the forum for a while, and I regret to say that many people asking questions do not have much knowledge about the casino industry. Since we have previously worked in this sector, you can be sure that we will bring the product to life and keep you informed. So far, we have already completed five games of our own. I also really liked the idea of a naming contest and will start one as soon as possible. Additionally, if you allow us, we would like to write your username on our thank you wall when we launch our site Smiley

Well, one day I was actually thinking about an idea regarding gambling, and I have not really seen any casino that has such features. How about adding something like a demo gambling option where gamblers can have a virtual balance that they can use to practice how to gamble before switching to a real account? I know that there are usually a lot of casino games, but some gamblers may not have played some games and may not know how it works. But with a demo option, the gambler can simply practice how the game works, and if they love it, they can stake on it on the real account. It's just my idea, though, and I don't know if any casino has already implemented it.

Secondly, have a simple and fast withdrawal option with different withdrawal and deposit options for both crypto and fiat. Your site should be a fast-loading one, not some site that may take time before it fully loads images.

Thank you very much for your response. I find your suggestions very valuable, and I have no doubt that the software we have written will load very quickly. As for the demo currency, it's a feature I've seen on other sites, and we will consider adding it based on your suggestion. Additionally, if you allow us, we would like to write your username on our thank you wall when we launch our site. Smiley

RPT should not first be what you should be thinking of. It is very possible that you may even first use third party games for your customers to use to gamble with.

If you have fully built your gambling site and it is licensed already, just work on how you will have excellent deposit and withdrawal, promotional offers and good games that people that visit your site will use to gamble.

What new gambling sites can offer customers are better promotional offers and make your site easy to access and have good design.

One thing is very important, excellent marketing. You can spend higher amount of money on marketing but you will see the good outcome of it later.

Thank you very much for your response. Actually, I think RTP is very important for users, but many users do not have this information, so many of them play games with low RTP and lose a significant amount of money. It is also true that we will spend a lot of money on marketing. We have an investor for this. Additionally, if you allow us, we would like to write your username on our thank you wall when we launch our site Smiley

Interesting. Many people open up these threads on a regular basis in this board claiming that they want to open their own crypto casino and look for ideas, but very few actually go through with them based on what I observed.

Hope you are one of them who is serious about whatever you stated op. Anyway, I advise charging zero withdrawal fees for all crypto like Bitcasino, Sportsbet.io etc which could attract punters in droves.
Neither they are applying those suggestions or really just that totally make up some question without being that serious on what they are asking on the community. It is really
indeed true that we've seen tons of similar post asking on what would be the things that the community wants to see or like to have. If they do really tend to ask us
then we would really be needing that something unique. Speaking about 99% RTP then its been mentioned above but i dont see for this to be that
something that will really interest yet rather these things are long time existing.

Active support is one feature for me that may attract loyal patrons. If they can get answers or help from the site, they would probably stay playing in that site. For a new site to get their new players, you can offer rewards or bonuses that are better than most of its competitors. However, you need to be reasonable with your requirements such as not to high wagering requirement.

*Active support
Yes, it would really be that good or something that should be in default but this kind of thing will really be pointless
if you are offering games which arent really that interesting. So it would really be still depending on what you do offer.

*Setting wagering to be low
They are a business on which of course they would really be setting those bars high and wont really be tending to keep it low for those gamblers to be able to easily cash out.
This isnt how business works and they would really be always having the advantage. So this one cant be possible.

Generally just like on what been said above by earlier poster that the best thing that we do like or want to have is something which is unique.
Something that we havent seen on this market which it could really be getting that kind of attention.

Op the best way to know is for you to launched the casino for the testing stage for gamblers to use it for like one week or below to know if the site is good or not and also to tell you what is good and bad of the site. As a beginner in the casino industry I advise you to leave RTP for now but you have to implement it when everything is well set. And for now what you to do is to make the website set, have good games to attract gamblers and have favorable ToS then before thinking of RTP.  For now go and develop the site and launch it because that is the first step to start. Because we can't verbally discuss everything. It is from the casino site we will tell you what to add and what not to add.

then we would really be needing that something unique. Speaking about 99% RTP then its been mentioned above but i dont see for this to be that
something that will really interest yet rather these things are long time existing.

Hope you are one of them who is serious about whatever you stated op. Anyway, I advise charging zero withdrawal fees for all crypto like Bitcasino, Sportsbet.io etc which could attract punters in droves.
All my withdrawals on Livecasino also seem to be free but I am not sure because I do not use to take note of it and no amount stated that they will charge while withdrawing. I noticed after withdrawing money several times on Livecasino that no deduction. I think withdrawal at Livecasino.io is also free. I will take note of it next time I withdraw from my account on the casino site.

In my opinion you should focus on having a strong team in the real world, a team of people you trust, a team of people who have great programming knowledge, a team who have great support service knowledge, a team who has great knowledge of finance management, company administration and human resources, a legal team. Why am I telling you this? because what has happened is that the majority of people who create crypto casinos, they recruit random people on the internet to make up the team that will create and manage the casino, and as a result, see what you are doing:

ask questions about how the casino has to be

Then, in the first few days, the casino has a bug and it takes time to fix it because the coding guy is someone the casino owner doesn't know personally and only keeps in touch via email and other online means of communication, and since the coder isn't responding , so they take time to fix the bugs, also sometimes the support guys are not available and it takes time for the casino owner to be responded by them.

That's why my advice is to focus on building a strong team of people from the real world, people from your country and people you know, if you do that, then you won't need to ask anything on this forum. Just turn around with every product already made without any defects and we will consume ourselves and be able to give opinions. I hope you are successful

There are many gambling sites that you can use demo or fun more and there are gambling sites that give you faucet to generate small amount of money that you can use to gamble for the same purpose.

Yes, about the faucet,I think FreeBitco.in is one casino I know to offer faucets, but I have not really seen any, and I don't know any casino that provides the option for demo gambling. Do you know anyone, to be specific? I want to refer it to a friend.

how would you like it to be? I want the games on my site to operate with a 99% RTP, so I will not include any games that do not meet this condition. I would appreciate it if you could keep this in mind. You can also suggest a name for us.

99% is a very high RTP which only few games can meet this kind of RTP. And house game like Blackjack. I’m not quite sure what you really mean with this but you can refer on sample games below with 99% RTP.

Book of 99 - Relax Gaming -99%
Mega Joker - NetEnt - 99%
Ugga Bugga - Playtech - 99.03%
Ooh Aah - Dracula - 99%
Fruit Beats Xtream - Spinmatic - 99.08%
Nemo's Voyage - WMS -99%
Bruce Lee: Fire of the Dragon - WMS - 99%
Ocean Princess - Playtech - 99.07%
Monopoly Big Event - Barcrest - 99%

Stake is the most popular casino in crypto. You can use this casino as reference for a good casino. I think the transparent computation of bonuses is what I want to add on this casino.

The main problem is: people have little or no trust on these website in general. 99% RTP is of course good point for any site.

I believe that gambling/casino can be created in a way that fully integrate blockchain technology...withdrawals costs are always very high (and even the minimum required is not correct/too high)...LN could also be introduced in order to have fast and economical transactions.
Or like DirectBet a way that allow bets without account it could be also a great achievement too.

Well, one day I was actually thinking about an idea regarding gambling, and I have not really seen any casino that has such features. How about adding something like a demo gambling option where gamblers can have a virtual balance that they can use to practice how to gamble before switching to a real account?
It depend on the game provider. But maybe he wants to begin with his own game without any third party. This is not also new on many games. There are many gambling sites that you can use demo or fun more and there are gambling sites that give you faucet to generate small amount of money that you can use to gamble for the same purpose.

Initially, we want to accept investments by supporting the BNB and ETH networks. Will these be sufficient for you?
