a few days ago bitcoin can be said to increase very significantly but now bitcoin is starting to fall back and I think this is already common in the market. but I believe as soon as possible the price of bitcoin will be significant again, moreover we will approach half of bitcoin reduced.

Today many people stating that the bitcoin is rapidly falling because of the outbreak coronavirus, it is because they are limiting the transactions for over the world and stop trading for a while but they forgot the whales those are the people who can be responsible for this changes because they have the huge amount of coins holding from the previous analysis still there is a 42% of the coins still not circulating for over two years and this is a cause too why the market price of the cryptocurrency is not good enough again. If you can see the market price of the coin having changes and going up rapidly in just a single day and back to lower price this is because of the whales they are diving into the dip and grabbing the opportunity collect coins as many as they can because the halving will be coming in the next few months and expect that the market price of the coins will back to huge changes.

As of then, the price of Bitcoin as well as other coins were falling because of the pandemic, and that's the way I see it, how? Immediately the virus became a world problem, many countries were fast to start a lockdown which lead to the fall of all markets with crypto inclusive, as for crypto, people started selling off to fiat in order to buy things that will sustain them in the lockdown while most converted to stablecoins. This to the best of my understanding is what happened. However, one can't rule out the fact that whales might still have played a role but I think the major cause was as a result of the pandemic. Lastly, just like the title, "crypto changes" the crypto market stood up to the change in a positive way.

You have a point, if we cannot follow the flow of the market then we will be losers in the end. The halving is still upcoming but there are many holders that are selling their assets already because of the pandemic or the outbreak that we are currently facing right now.

For small investors, this happening are pretty bad because the market falls pretty bad but for the big whales this is the best opportunity to buy more in lower price and dump it once the market will bounce back again. These kind of scenario is keep on happening base on what I experience because the market behave like this in order to for big whales to profit so it is better if we will just follow whatever the happenings in the market without thinking negative.

Whatever happens in crypto space won't be the last, it will always make a comeback, bear market, bull market, whales manipulations, we can't escape from these, if we can get used to all this there won't be any disappointments
Yes, the things you say do happen often in the crypto room, so everyone should familiarize themselves with things like that and moreover for those who are still crypto beginners, because they are often trapped when the situation is as you say it.

It is already above 6.5k again, we are talking about like a small 10% change and that is honestly happens in bitcoin world without corona as well.

We literally raised from 7k to 10k before corona happened, if we consider 7k price as the start right now we are about 3% or so off from the year to date price, a small 3%, we have increased over 20% this year as well, so as you can see there is a huge volatility going around in bitcoin with or without corona, everything affects it, sometimes there is nothing affecting yet still changes, bitcoin just moves up and down without really caring about anything or anybody.

Just be patient and in the end you will definitely get a profit, buy from here if you can, buy lower if you can, and just wait around until it goes back up because it eventually will go back up.

actually the fall of the current bitcoin price is not only due to the emergence of the Corona virus, wasn't it before the corona Virus appeared the price of bitcoin has gone down? so, I think the price of cryptoqurrency or btc depends on the demand in the market and this is normal. it's just that it coincides with the corona outbreak so people assume that this all happened because of the corona outbreak.

No one is limiting their trading activities, all they did was just sold their cryptos with the panic that they are going to get locked down for months so they have done this to keep enough money for the expenses in the meanwhile time.
and lets not out of the credit those whales that taking advantage of the situations mate because they have big part on this market changes.
But about the panicking public?yeah they contributed also why this happening now and no one can blame people because they need to eat.
I am not surprised that BTC and the whole crypto market has fallen. Look at the stock market, fiat currencies, real estates market. Everything is falling apart besides of toilet paper and masks providers because of this damn virus.
even Oil is not in good position now together with gold and Silver so lets bare with the market.

Maybe it’s the whales, I just can’t tell. What I know is that the market is controlled by demand and supply, so there has been a decrease in the rate of buying and people are more of selling, that’s why the market has dropped. But, the question is what caused people to take such action, why did they start selling their coins? I think the answer to this question is clear – corona virus.

Although there are other things that can be said as well, just like the PlusToken scam, announcement of the quantum computing, and other things. But, covid-19 is the main thing I believe caused this decrease in price.

It is true that Bitcoin has had a drastic drop in prices in recent weeks. We can put this price drop on account of the coronavirus pandemic. And the stock exchange market crashed, not just the crypto market. The biggest contribution to this decrease in price is the "whales" that have withdrawn some of their investments, being the main actors of the BTC price. They took advantage of this global problem and found the right time to withdraw their investments and buy again at a lower price.

The limitation in the market was not created by traders, it was created by the space especially the exchanges and other transaction platform. It was meant to manage the panic and contain the price drop.
Whales are not buying because of halving, to know what influence the big volume exchanges with manipulation will be surprising. If whales plan to manipulate it is mostly done on exchanges and if buying order was already there. It is better to know when to sell

Cryptocurrencies are the future of money. We all say it, and we all believe it. However, that does not make it easier for most people to start using or investing in them. The fact that there are over 2,000 cryptocurrencies currently available to traders and investors makes it even harder to know the best ones to bet your money on.
Investors and traders, especially new market entrants, find it hard to choose the top crypto coins to invest in. This is because the market changes, and different cryptocurrencies peak for various reason, and most especially because of the current pandemic situation

The dump is already over, bitcoin is now starting to rise, its' been consistent for 2 days already I guess, and good news is that bitcoin already hit $7000 today. what's next? of course people will expect another pump as most eyes are in crypto now since stocks are falling.
Another pump might be when the world economy has begun to improve and the value of world stocks could increase again. some people who have already withdrawn their money from the crypto market may re-adopt when the market situation improves. that moment is the moment where the market will experience a pump.

It's good to see it slowly but having a consistent growth, that way we can avoid seeing another big dump.
I'd call this as 95% accurate info on current bitcoin position in the market.
The only thing I want to add to the perspective - as it was said 200+ countries are affected by virus, their economy too, so why people think bitcoin/crypto should be evaluated apart from other coins/stocks falling?
It is pretty obvious that most of the currencies and stocks are falling drastically, so its not "Crypto changes", but "The World changes, crypto is doing fine"

Yes, I agree. They convert their BTC to fiat so that they can use it for buying necessities and pay their bills while they can't go to work. I think holders of BTC and other cryptocurrency know that because of the possible outbreak of the virus in their countries will result to dump the price of it, so they quickly convert it so that they can cut some of possible losses. We just realized again that there are some points that crypto is affected by the current crisis.

So that is lucky for them because they now can have money to buy their daily needs. People are now having difficulty to go to work, and they are staying at homes only without having an income. Luckily, people who work from the internet can still make money, especially for people who trade in the exchanges. But that is not for all people because even people still trade in the crypto market, some of them are difficult to make a profit because they fell difficult to enter the market. That is why the market still hard to predict.

Whales aside, we should not forget that bitcoin is not exempted from dumps.
The pandemic shook the world, forced people to rush in for fiats, and investors got in at chance and bought low,

When it comes to bitcoin prices, or altcoins there will always be whales, and theres a saying that states that it is good to buy low, so when you sell high, you will be in great profit.

Dyor, and get your trade basics intact.
It's insane actually.
There were a lot of people panicking already to cash it out to their fiats.
I thought that the panic would just only stay on the buying of needs of people like alcohol and all of the basic commodities, but dang I didn't expect it to reach in here actually, while I expected only the point that there will be panics due to the price fall we got lately.
They needs a lot of foods to be stored and that makes people are also trying to throw anything for fiat to buy more food from the market. When we are facing crisis and people will prefer to hold fiat to be used to buy their daily needs. That's why such a big dump is a usual thing at that time consider so many people think about how to survive.

Few months means huge time, Halving time is next month although I'm not quite sure. That a good point 42 percent coin isn't circulate, but is the point with not pump market. Not circulating means holding which should help to rise price. Did you think, price is getting control  by releasing this 42 percent supply.

I personally do no think that the rapid fall was due to limited transactions. Rather i say it was due to a high demand for fiat.
When the dump was rampant, there was need for funds from all, that caused panic dumping of bitcoin, while buyers took advantage and lowered prices.
People are saving fiat because in case this pandemic virus will get worsen, they will still be able to provide their basic necessities. Aside from this, big whales are still taking advantage of the crypto market condition making all the prices of coins gets dumped but for sure, few months from now, everythings will be back to normal.

It is possible and not because the corona effect causes the economies of all countries to weaken. So I don't think the Pope is too influential or that they use it to make so much profit.because the price of all coins dropped very dramatically.
Whatever the market will recover soon.

Nothing bad will happen to Bitcoin either now or in the future, because big players and manipulators understand that they can still manipulate the price of Bitcoin for a very long time and earn a lot of money from it, so we should not even think about this problem.
As long as there the exchange site will exist and manipulation will exist forever. there was no solution that can even prevent them all. This is how the speculation market works. I thought that if everyone is already understood about this. The halving's impact will not so big as it was before.

Manipulation? perhaps, we couldn't deny either the underlying issue behind this sudden drop but we couldn't deny the bigger issue why the market shaken off. I agree to you, buddy. But every market movement doesn't always have to be with the whales always, IMO. Anyway, for better or for good, we have to take an action with the current market price cause whatever the whales did, or the majority of holders, enthusiast did, opportunity to generate some profit would always be there, nonetheless.

in my opinion the price of crypto continues to fall because many users continue to sell their assets. With the current virus epidemic alarming, many policies have been taken by their country's governments to isolate themselves. so they are restricted from leaving the house meaning they cannot work in their office. and consequently they will sell all of their crypto assets that they have kept so far to make ends meet as long as this virus exists and until the policy to return to work at the office is permitted. we know that all economic assets will go down when many sell but few buy. this will change when things turn around and if that happens I am sure the price will improve.

All the people panicking are those with just little understanding of the cryptocurrency market, bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have risen above worse price downtrends in the past, i think we will see a more stable market earlier than expected as all hands are on deck to get the cure that will end the COVID19 that is causing the current global crisis

No doubt, the whale have a big influence on cryptocurrency market as manipulations of their bags can cause either pump or dump to the market for just sometimes but what we face now is a total different thing and it's more than just a downtrend, it's bearish market. I Don't know why people are having difficulties in accepting the fact that cryptocurrency cannot thrive as a standalone currency but depends greatly on demand and supply which also depends greatly on the condition of world's economy. The world is experiencing a global crisis and every commerce as well as investment options are experiencing difficulties, the cryptocurrency market is not exempted.

How many times will people say that the cause of bitcoin's fall was because of coronavirus? Didn't it recover? I guess you're all blindly looking to the fact that it fell but never look towards the recovery of it.

This should be changed, if all of you are looking to the fact of its downside, you should start looking to the positive light of it which is the recovery period of bitcoin.
The corona virus has created a big panic sell even for all of the market and it's not only crypto but people aware about the possibility to use crypto as their alternative and that brings crypto to the recovery stage again.
It's true that the corona virus has created a big dump for crypto but it can recover again right now. it's not totally wrong.
The world market has suffered due to the spread of the virus. Those investments that were just sitting to each place were moved and sold for the sake of everyone's need and preparedness to face the virus.

The panic that it created made everyone to think of quick dumps such as investments and traditional assets.

I am optimistic that halving will prove to be a catalyst for a bull cycle once again.
Based on historical data it is a catalyst and one of the reason of possible bull effect. Cycle is recorded and proven to increase the value of btc in due time. Yeah there are miners will not be happy for it. But the cause will both benefited everyone in the latter part of its development.

I think the Coronavirus gives an impact to the crypto market, but maybe the impact was not too big because the crypto market still survives and not going to go down for more. Right now, the crypto market trying to rise although it still on the way to increase but we need to be careful because of the market still up and down
Big or small impact. We all knew how corona will be here for a long time. I am sure during halving and corona outbreak both existing on the same time will mark a great changes on market position and we will know if corona really affect totally on the current market or just a big failure.

The overestimated predictions are nonsense and the illusional. The BTC has the potential to grow along with the development and applied cases of blockchain technology only.

I am optimistic that halving will prove to be a catalyst for a bull cycle once again but current situation of global markets is not good and due to the pandemic markets and investors are in fear and this effect has been seen in crypto market as well, market will gain confidence only after this pandemic gets controlled and removed by the world which can be done by effective lockdowns so that the transfer of virus to new people can be stopped and then in few days the virus can be eliminated i think we can get rid of this virus together and it may take few more months but no problem is bigger than human resolve so we should stay motivated and positive.

Some altcoins such as TemTum are going to come out of the corona panic stronger than ever.
For example TemTum has now got an LOI with Anguilla to provide them with a backbone for their own national digital currency, with more deals with other countries in the works also.
Once news of this released when tahe panic has settled I can see TEM going $1+

especially in the midst of conditions like this, of course they prefer to secure funds and see the situation. I think if the Corona outbreak can be overcome, it will cause a positive sentiment on the market, because there will be many investors to be active again. although currently the price of bitcoin is low, many investors are still waiting and watching

this is good timing to buy other stocks and crypto currency this kind of situation will never repeat again if you missed it. The only problem why manu is affraid is because they never know if the money they have right now is enough to use until the pandemic over. Thats why more of them prepared to have paper money in hand than having stocks and stored crypto currency.
why not repeat? even in the market situation in 2018, we can see a market that is worse than the current situation. just be patient for a little longer, I think things could get worse. this is related to the condition of the world economy which might be worse.

To be honest the corona virus is really having a hard time and a big problem just because almost all of the transactions are kind of stop and many businesses are getting not enough profit due to cancellation of the work of their employees and etc. Even the traders are not been able to trade because there are some trading industry than cancelled their trading because of the virus that is spreading.

especially in the midst of conditions like this, of course they prefer to secure funds and see the situation. I think if the Corona outbreak can be overcome, it will cause a positive sentiment on the market, because there will be many investors to be active again. although currently the price of bitcoin is low, many investors are still waiting and watching

The halving would have been a big focus if covid-19 didn't appear. I think the halving might not show big movement because investment is low as the world is facing survival of the fittest taste with covid-19.. We hope to get batter soon.
The expected money that supposed to be for investing are not being found, instead, those players are holding their money to make sure that they can still live a life even in this kind of situations around the world.
The halving might not be the focus for now as the world is suffering from this pandemic disease.
Agree, halving is no longer important to investors now. At the present time, investors are protecting themselves. They will not take risks at the moment to invest in bitcoin and altcoin, which is why the market becomes silent like it is now.

The epidemic is causing everything to change and there is definitely no news that will make the market rebound. I think now the economic situation of each country is heavily affected and all countries are isolated to resolve covid-19.

I just hope everything can end soon because my current job is postponed indefinitely and this will affect my daily life.

The changes is inevitable . The market can't just be on a single trend for life or for long, this is human behavior showing in a chart and people analyse it to trade. So any good trader must know how to use all the tools to read the market and take trade respectively. All things being equal, you will win more than losses.
In fact, investors in the crypto market do not have many victories as you think and you will definitely risk more because of the unstable situation. Of course you can still make a profit from this market if you have a reasonable investment strategy but certainly not always lucky to do because the market is very volatile. Anyway, I still believe in myself and will definitely invest more if some of my favorite coins reach a low price.

While it's true that whales can have an impact on the price of Bitcoin and other altcoins, I don't think they're the primary cause of the recent drops in price for most cryptocurrencies because I believe you're greatly underestimating the power that the public has on the price of cryptocurrencies especially when panicking ensues and people want to get out. This sort of dump can be a great time for whales and almost anyone to begin accumulating coins, though, which I do agree with.

Whales do have some control, but they're just one small piece of the puzzle.

This is an event and an extraordinary thing to happen, because at this time a very drastic price reduction occurred, seeing the pandemic case occurred in large countries that gave permission to transact using crypto. That way it makes it an undesirable situation, hoping this situation will return to normal as usual.

Today many people stating that the bitcoin is rapidly falling because of the outbreak coronavirus, it is because they are limiting the transactions for over the world and stop trading for a while

Price of Bitcoin decreased, because people need money so they exchanged their Bitcoins into fiat to buy whatever they need to buy. Some sold because they expected price of Bitcoin to decrease and bought or will buy back latter. There is a lot uncertainty right now.
The fact that now the situation of uncertainty is 100%
There is an opinion that the price of bitcoin may rise again to 9k, there is also an opinion that the price may drop to 3k
Different points of view of different people reinforce different facts of technical and fundamental analysis. But one thing is for sure, until May the current situation will not change

There are lots of possible reasons why prices of cryptocurrencies are falling nowadays. It might be because of the whales which manipulates the price or it is just normally because of the current situation we are all been into this days which relates to Coronavirus. There are lots of contributing factors affecting the changes on the price of cryptocurrencies so we must not be surprised about that since cryptocurrencies are vulnerable to sudden pumps and dumps. We will never know when pumps or dumps can happen since volatility is one of the characteristics that cryptocurrencies do possess. The changes in cryptocurrencies can be considered as changes that depends upon the situation or be dependent upon the mind of the people who uses it. At this point in time, I believe the current down fall have a relationship with the current situation wherein people is temporarily pulling out their investments from crypto to provide their necessities to survive and keep themselves safe from the virus or it can also be due to price manipulation of the whales or because people are dumping the price to afford buying cryptocurrencies at a lower price rate.

With the current virus outbreak and situation, I think it is normal that investors shy away from crypto at the moment. I think they are more focused on their safety than trading. Although I think some of them are watching first the market and see what would be the next trend. Also, I think whales are amassing crypto right now and getting ready when the market stabilizes.

Whales are intelligent and they speculate the market in their favor and end up accumulating more coins for themselves by causing Fudd resulting in weak hands to sell their coins for cheap to these whales which makes them even richer. I think there is no need to panic and we should hodl as big events are near and market will be back with massive bulls in near future.
They are intelligent, and they have a lot of money to make their intelligence more wonderful. This whole market is controlled by the whales, and in the end they are the winners in this market, we should watch them and never go against their actions because we will certainly take defeat

At this situation you have to make a prediction and don't choose high risk way. I mean, if you have money and all your money now is able to be used as your daily need then you can spend your money to invest.

But otherwise, if you just have money for your daily needs then the better is you have to keep it. Don't choose to invest in crypto currency cause you will choose high risk that I mentioned.

I think this is a bad time to start, bitcoin and altcoin price are increasing and decreasing significantly. Don't force yourself, back to invest when the situation run normaly.

I think although corona outbreak is a serious issue and we should tackle it wisely, we should not go out rather stay at home for safety and as soon as we feel we touched something from outside we should sanitize our hands, on the other hand i do not think there is anything to panic about byc and cryptos at the month, in my opinion btc and market will recover starting from may, so may be april will be a ranging month with volatility similar to march may be.

The market is very volatile right now, it's better to hold the asset and have patience until it turns bullish...
We better be flexible with the market. Do not try to hold in the current situation because prices are likely to rise during this time. If you have experience in trading then you do not need to hold any of these altcoins, take advantage of opportunities and make profits every day with the wave of the market.

Though crypto might be unstable and a lot of factors contribute to that. Also, people were right to say that the pandemic affected the crypto market because it is also an investment platform where people who have in one way or the other affected by the pandemic are involved. So, it is not exempted. however, if there is an increase in a short period prior to another plunge, it might also mean that whales are dumping, which is te reverse of what you said. My advice is for you to understand what you are dealing with. Whales manipulate market whenever they want to, not because they see or hear something, but mainly because they have the fund and they can take any risk at any time.

Most consider the fall in the price of Bitcoin due to the presence of Corona viruses that are currently engulfed around the world, but whales may be a more precise reason to rise down the price of bitcoin and they can change the market only in a very time In the future, and we expect the price of bitcoin and altcoins to increase because this is the most waiting for this year.

It was a straight market downfall from $9k and it stops $4k, and we can't deny that people have been surprised for this. But the good thing is that we are able to stabilize the market and even a few pumps away from it ($4k) leading to climbing up high at $6k plus today. The market remains unstable and its volatility is getting strong day by day.

As we are continued to fight against the global market issue, we are not confident that the coming halving will push the market to another high but a big chance that we still remain to the current position as of today.

I don't think that the bitcoin price dump was just caused by the whales, what I believe is it was due to COVID-19 Pandemic that causes the panic in the global scale if we compare to other sectors of trading like stocks, etc they are all went down altogether because of many stockholders are selling their stocks for liquidity. and cryptocurrency is not exempted thats why most of the top cryptocurrency prices are falling too. because of the COVID-19 scare worldwide.

One of rhe factor is that some investors pull out their coins because of being afraid that bitcoin may be dead soon because of falling from 10000$ to 3900$, even me I was shocked when it happens because I really thought hat this year is the best for bitcoin.

Other reasons of the investors ehy they pull out their money is because they need it to convert into fiat currency to have money to buy foods that they need for crisis. Some sell their coins with lower value which is really not advisable for me because you will be wasting your money if you do thst thing.
acceptable reason I suppose. because there are many needs right now when we are in crisis and the world economy is also down. surely many people withdraw their money from crypto. this incident certainly caused a big blow to the crypto market, hopefully, everything will soon end and the market can get better.

From a different perspective, this virus instilled panic in the market which of course causes huge dump in the market owing to the fact people wish to save fiat for payment of goods and services. Also, even at that, whales can use this opportunity to carryout their acts. But looking at the bright side, even with this dump in the crypto market which is also experienced by other markets, the crypto market seems to stand out as it is showing signs of resistance and recovery therefore proving that people are once more readjusting and coming back gradually. Furthermore, with halving coming soon there is every tendency that more people will come back to so as to be part of the anticipated growth.

In fact, this market collapsed at the beginning of March, but it quickly recovered in a short time. I am very optimistic with this because the crypto market is not affected too much by the virus. But the virus has caused so many deaths and illnesses, I hope health facilities around the world soon stop the disease.
Indeed, I am still confident that bitcoin and along with other significant alts (s*tcoins are worthless in any season of the year) can survive despite of the pandemic. At this moment, the price of bitcoin still stabilize at the $6.4k+ mark with an increase rate of 3.68% Shocked. See? It still kicking in despite of the hard times. Thus we have a valid reason to stay positive Smiley.
In the past few days, the world market has collapsed heavily, stock, oil, ... everything has fallen to the bottom but Bitcoin is still stable and shows signs of recovery. That is definitely a great signal for us to continue investing and holding

Your are right, If the pandemic was the main reason for the dip then BTC and other coins would have gone down very badly... However, it's still maintaining its reputation even in this terrible situation, from top to the bottom everything has been crashed like stock market, oil, businesses etc... But the only thing which is maintaining its capability is crypto currency... Absolutely gold for a reason.

Yes there is definite manipulation by whales in the crypto currency markets especially Bitcoin and ethereum how ever this isn't much different from the other stock markets where mutual funds and other big promoters holding large quantity of stock can increase or decrease the price themselves.
In such markets there will always be the big players, hoarders or what we call the whales. It's impossible that they will be gone for such markets because as long as they can see that it's a good place to milk money, they will be there.

We will see that when this pandemic have been declared to be clear, the market will be green again and with the addition of the halving for bitcoin. We're all going to be grateful that we survived not just the pandemic but also the bad days of crypto market.

can not be denied, whether you want to be called a pope or whatever, the fact is that people who have crypto assets in large quantities, could be toying with prices. Because of what? The crypto market is very much influenced by buying volume and selling volume. if the buying volume suddenly increases, the price rises is inevitable and vice versa. in this case, small traders do have to go with their flow, because small purchases do not have a big impact, unless many people buy the same coin at the same time, maybe it can. but it's still inferior compared to just one person with a large number. crypto market that is decentralized and offers freedom of investment, indeed requires that we alone determine how assets will work, in terms of price and market capitalization.

Corona virus has changed all of it, given the panic and also the global market economy all experienced a decline which is very para what maybe after all is over we will recover again including crypto as well?
Well, I hope that it is because approaching halving, of course this will be one of the hikes that is awaited, maybe ATH is not achieved, but with an increase to $10k, it's better.

In a way yes, some changes in the market price, especially the big ones, are coming from the effects of these whales dumping. The rich are the ones who are in total control. But on a sidenote, Whales merely manipulate the short-term price of BTC. Because nearly all other cryptocurrencies are tethered to Bitcoin, they too are similarly manipulated.

But whales seem to have little effect on the steady rise of BTC adoption by the marketplace. As more people adopt investment in cryptocurrencies, and more applications for their use arises, their values must steadily rise.

The good thing is that people are now turning to crypto/blockchain because of the COVID-19 crisis, especially that they are now just staying at home. They can make big incomes by investing in good coins, bug bounties where they just have to catch an error and get paid, and a lot more. but no more airdrops and bounty campaigns, those things are dead.
