If you think a new localbitcoins also for ltc and few altcoins (ETH, XMR...) could be a nice idea.
But I don't think they have a large adoption like btc, and even people exchange quickly in bitcoin in any exchange.
So basically is not profitable (even for customer/administrator).
If you want exchange other altcoin I don't think it's convenient.
because is not casually you can exchange just btc ltc and few altcoins for fiat cash.
They have a sort of consensus from the community, an history behind, stable adoption, price with short fluctuation.
A generic alt coin despite has the opposite like a price with high variation etc etc....
