Not blockchain based but there are several ones that cherish cryptography like tutanota and protonmail. They are of course centralized and trust based to some extent. Email is already P2P though, you don't have to trust providers for it because you could theoretically set up your own, self serving service. Although it's not that easy to set up your own servers and domains, I don't think that blockchain mail is needed.
