Now that’s a bumber! I just made a withdrawal a few hours ago. Just checked my wallet still no deposit. But one of my colleagues mentioned that it took two days for his withdrawal to be credited. Hopefully that’s the longest I have to wait for my crediting..not one month!

Were you withdrawing bitcoin? What fee is bittrex paying for each bitcoin transaction?

This mempool chart shows the number of unconfirmed bitcoin transactions in the network is approaching the highest its ever been.

https://blockchain.info/charts/mempool-size?timespan=all

The bitcoinfees estimator website recommends paying 700 satoshis/byte for fast transactions today. If bittrex is paying lower fees than that withdrawals could takes a very long time.

EXACTLY, bittrex stoled me more than 0.30 bitcoins TWO MONTHS AGO, and they have not even replied to my support tickets, i lost them all on November 12nd, it was not my fault, they do not want to verify my account, and i sent it through an email and they haven't replied me yet.

The most annoying part about this all isn't the fact that they are taking forever it is the fact that they still accept new sign ups knowing they have a huge lineup and that lineup will only get bigger.

Bittrex is the most scammy exchange that has ever existed among with Mt Gox and bitfinex, but bitfinex is not stealing people money just like those thiefs from bittrex are doing.

Sad state of affairs but all one can hope is that they do not end up like Coinbase because they go down every time there is peak action online.

They seriously need to stop now.

High fees = low BTC price
L@@Ks like another exchange is going to pop early in the year and we need to learn our lessons and
keep away from them and trade coins P2P and in the case of BTC also get away from using miners because
they are ripping us off big time with fees

Maybe Segwit2x that forks in about one days time will do better and introduce that stops the
miners from taking over using blackmail because something radical needs to because as it
is BTC is locking up even when everyone is still on holiday

Steer clear of Coinbase because they scammed me out of the $10 joining bonus I was supposed to
get if i spent over $100 so good luck trusting them with your millions because you are going to need it.

Flying Hellfish is a Commie
Not surprised in the least, kinda expected for this sort of thing to happen to exchanges as they're not really ready for this massive wave of volume to come in without any sort of upgrades on their side. This isn't an excuse at all, I just think we should give these companies some slack as they are going to end up fixing things in the end.

This is a common them with Bittrex, coinbase / gdax, kraken, etc. I wouldn't be too scarred yet.

The most exchanges have issues through high demand right now.
It is really annoying but even websites need to adjust to this high demand.
I personally did not have any problem with deposits and withdrawls on Bittrex.
Normally done in some Minutes.

More Problems I am having to buy coins.
On Litebit I experienced 2 times (Bitcoin price drop)
That there were out of stock and you couldnt buy anything for days.
This is really annoying. So I feel u all.

Anyway Bittrex is in my opinion legit.

Major cryptocurrency exchange Bittrex has been experiencing issues processing client withdrawals, with various online communities reporting month-long delays, according to CCN. Several Bittrex users have complained that their withdrawal requests have been delayed for weeks and up to a month, though reasons for the delay remain unclear..

One Bittrex user cited by CCN said the delay was due to the platform’s verification issues. Like other exchanges, Bittrex requires its users to submit government-issued ID to use the platform, with daily transaction limits increasing the more one uses the platform..

Earlier this month, Bittrex disclosed it would be temporarily halting user registrations in order to upgrade its infrastructure. The Bittrex team issued the following statement in a Dec. 15 announcement: “We are excited to have so many new users who want to join the Bittrex community..

Though unpopular, Bittrex’s decision to halt new signups will likely help in addressing the platform’s issues. Bittrex’s scalability issue is hardly unique; several brokers are struggling to keep up with the rapid surge in crypto trading..
