I really like this type of humanitarian effort. 
Another approach could be to purchase a small plot of land. Invite volunteers to grow communal gardens that produce fresh and healthy food which can be utilized to feed the poor. Financed through crypto. A small $2.00 pack of seeds might produce $200 worth of food under optimum conditions. Buying land would be the largest cost and it wouldn't be necessary. In some regions it could be possible for volunteers to donate small sections of land which could be used to grow things.
Of course, in some areas of the USA the state has made humanitarian efforts to feed the poor, illegal. There have long been laws made against helping those in poverty. Which tends to complicate things. But poverty and homelessness are definitely ever worsening conditions. The day could come when we will all be forced to acknowledge it one way or another.

During this time of crisis, such good deeds would mean the world for other people specially for those who are not blessed with a good life. As we're able to get this opportunity of knowing and earning from crypto, we should stop being selfish and start being considerate for the less fortunate. The pandemic made many people lose their source of living and it massively impacted their social status wherein some of them are even just barely surviving. We should help each other out as much as we can. Let us just imagine how helpless we could be if we were in their situation.

I've seen members do the same thing you do handing out large pizzas to the homeless, but I'm not sure where the topic is.
During the pandemic i rarely see good things like you do right now, my judgment is distributing food like pizza to hundreds of homeless, costs a lot in Bitcoin, I can only pray for you and those homeless get a good reward in the future, for your good intentions in helping the homeless.
Last year during the pandemic I remember Brainboss and few other running a charity campaign to feed the needy in his native country. That was a great success at that time. This is a noble act of a philanthropist that hardly anyone can do during this difficult time and your idea is very good, I feel this is what can be donated to a number of organizations charity from people with abundant resources. huge profits and recently i see there are many charity projects like you https://safethehumanity.org/ they are charity projects you can refer to to be able to contact and help homeless people where you are taking action to help.

Brilliant work by the OP and by the looks of it its a service which has been
operational for a few years.
I have just made a small donation from this weeks signature campain reward,
I will help feed a 5 or 6 people and help make a small difference to their day.
If a lot of people give a little groups like this organisation can acheive more.

Incredibly, it's clear that what you're doing with a good cause deserves a lot of support because it's not easy to do something like this with a pure purpose that is so noble and trustworthy. at least even though I haven't been able to participate at this time maybe next time, but I can be strengthened by your actions that there are still many people who can do good and it's not impossible. Yeah, that's right, going to a subreddit especially the cryptocurrency one, they are supportive there although trolls and toxic people will always be there but I am sure that it's going to be helpful for OP to post it there. Isn't the active users in that subreddit around the 5 digit mark?
Yup, the largest crypto sub to date.
The toxicity are there no doubt but as long as you don't involve heated debates, you'd do fine. And then there are moon and awards.

It's actually a good idea that you have included the QR codes in the pizzas donated, did you plan to make the people have it post those flyers so they can do something in return? Because that's a genius idea to make sure that the donations keeps on coming, the only problem is that it might get taken down or get blocked by other flyers.

I went out and handed out some more pizza for my project. We need help handing food out (if you can print out flyers and document the hand outs like we did). Food costs will be reimbursed!
