Helping the homeless is something that we don't do enough.  Any one of us could of been in their shoes, life is ultimately a game of luck.  Even just discovering bitcoin at the right time takes a huge stroke of luck.

USA seems to have a growing homeless population and they are considered the wealthiest country in the world.

According to Global Homelessness Statistics*, there are 1.6 billion people who lacked adequate housing in 2015. But if a single person works hard for the homeless, it is something big already. How I wish those whales in crypto will someday donate half of their asset to these folks. For those who cannot afford a meal in their daily lives.

A meal would really mean a lot for a homeless person so this kind of act is really heartwarming.
I hope you could continue this and also help the other area not just on your place ,
In my country there was a viral trend back in February 2016 about a taxi driver who gives food to the homeless.
If you are interested about the story here is the link .

Wow you are so kind. This is probably one of the truly meaningful activities of the community when using Crypto.
In fact, I also had trips to support homeless people in my hometown. I use a portion of the profits from participating in the crypto market to help them. It is not too big money, but I can also buy for people who homeless a meal, drink ... It is difficult to find people with similar interests (helping the poor) in this market. And when I see you do, I am very happy and totally supportive !.
By the way, if you want to develop your model, you can PM with me and I'm happy to share with you. Moreover, in my country (Vietnam) Homeless people are many, and most of them are old and young, so they need good hearts.

Looks great, mate. Sometimes a meal could go a long way for the homeless people. There has been some discussion in the past whether bitcoin or crypto could be utilized for charity or to help out the poor and here we are looking at an actual person who was able to donate thru cryptos - who would have thought that even a few satoshis could make a difference for others?

There are plenty of homeless people in my country as well who are only able to get by thru soup kitchens or simple donations. There are still plenty of hungry people in this world. Great job, I hope that you continue doing this!

Today is the 9th homeless donation trip! I decided to get halal truck food and I am pretty sure the homeless guys feasted tonight. Nothing more to say - the truck owner also offered me a free meal which I declined. Thank you for all of the support! If you want to continue seeing more of these donations - I appreciate any satoshis sent my way. If you are a hater - then DO NOT DONATE TO THIS CAUSE - SIMPLE AS THAT!

Charity as well as development works can be areas that cryptocurrency can revolutionize. Imagine sending a bitcoin to someone in need somewhere thousands of miles away or just supporting a local group involved in housing for the poor, the needy and the homeless. That would truly be inspiring and one of the many stories that can cement the reputation of bitcoin as an agent of change...and of course help that people need.

I see you are saying that you are struggling to find these homeless people.  Roll Eyes  Should you not rather channel the donations into a global effort to countries where there are loads of poverty and homeless people? If you are struggling to find them in your area, then it is not as big a problem as you are making it out to be?

In my country homeless and unemployed people are everywhere and there are so many people helping them, that they sell some of the goods that are given to them from the different organizations.   Roll Eyes

I am not a hater, I love what you doing, so this is constructive advice.  Wink

If I will be able to earn better here in crypto world, I want to do the same thing as well. It's fulfilling to share all the blessings and profit that we're earning here in crypto world with less fortunate people. I hope that there would be more people who will aim to help just like what you're doing, Op. Kudos to you and to the truck owner. I'm sure that homeless people are grateful for what you did.

Wow, I didn't know that there would be someone who would have a big heart like you.
You're using your earnings wisely just to help others who need help. I just hope that there would be more people that would love to do the same thing for the sake of needy people.

This is something very inspiring job you are doing. It's probably the first ever initiative for the homeless population working around crypto. If you really want to make a big impact, I would suggest you to get in touch with the forum admin Theymos. Probably he can get you more visibility among the crypto mass which may help you to pull some funds to support your initiative. All the best!
