Maybe it's best if you will post this on their ANN Thread or send their support an email to get a direct answer. No user can tell you exactly what happened to your account. Only an admin or support on their end can give you a clear answer regarding your account.

Are you aware that you are necroposting this topic? Together with that Jr. member above. Have you seen the date of this thread? Just incase you havent seen,better to check it out once again.

If you search for cryptocurrency games or know what is it then i would like to say something. It's games which related with cryptocurrency, you also earn by playing this games & make some money.

Yeah it would have been nice to know exactly what happened it seem everything resolved quickly and without any issues but we do not know exactly what happened, most of these stories that I have seen end with the player not being happy with the service of the casino but in this case it was the opposite so it is good to know there are casinos that treat their gamblers with respect and work with diligence to give the best service they can.

If it was from error or they needed to since it was a large amount they haven't seen the account before.
So if it does happen to some else they know that all it takes is just an email to support instead of going into panic mode.

Next time before opening a new thread about any of the services issues you should first send them personal message and post on their ANN thread. If they don't reply then only you can consider opening a new thread to inform service issues to other members.

As far as I know if you make an account more over if you are a huge wagered, there is no way they will block your account without no reason. I seldom play there and when I tried to login just now and there is no problem with it. Are you breaking their rules so your account is suspended by them?
