Even though I know this is just an advertisement, I would still throw my 2 cents about the topic.

I believe a person who has enough experience in the market and trading doesn't need a calculator to know how much profit they can make with the capital they are trading with because they would know everything without a calculator as they can make the estimates themselves. Even I know how much profit I can make in trading if I use a certain amount for each trade and take profit on a specific percentage of growth after the bought price.

If a tool such as this is available for free for people to use, then there is nothing wrong with it as long as it doesn't require anything specific from the user other than the parameters that are required to make the calculations.

I guess it's more a type of marketing than a useful tool because all such threads are clearly created to promote a platform and the ones who promote such platforms often get commission from referral programs, or they make profits themselves from the traffic because they own the site or they might get fix payments to promote a service.

That's the key because everyone will definitely think about commissions regarding promotions on shared platforms.
But he also has to be smart enough to recognize the platform so as not to endanger his account. If you get a fixed commission and the site can run well, it won't be a problem, but there are risks involved with your account.

Quote
Those who promote such services don't think about others because they want to make money for themselves. And when it comes to reputation then I guess the OP doesn't have much reputation on this forum because he/she has created a new account with no reputation to create such promotional threads.
There is a level of morality that needs to be maintained and even though he claims he doesn't have a good reputation, that doesn't mean he is trying to do something for himself without paying attention to the effects.
I believe everyone needs money but we also need to think about the morality of how to make money in a much more moral way.
Even though we realize that no one is perfect in this matter, each of us has a moral responsibility to provide good education for something that makes money.

When you're into crypto investment then you don't need to use such online calculators. It's 10x better to do deep research on a coin yourself as the historical data of each coin is easily available online.

Once your research is done then you may calculate your investment yourself and the amount of profit you want to earn from an asset.

I personally don't rely on such calculator that OP shared but if it helps someone who's not good at research then nothing is wrong in it. However, anyone should use it at their own risk.
I was about to say the same thing because I think doing calculations in this regard is only an easy thing to do and by that, we can just use a simple calculator that can even be found on our mobiles.

Researching is different from it or from calculations. It also plays a major role because it helps us to find a worthy investment that can make our dream calculations come true. Like you, I'm not also against with the OP nor restrict others if they want to try it. Besides, his calculator still have other features that can't be found on a simple calculator only. If that helped them, then great but if not then it's also great, I mean because it can make them to figure things on their own instead and make them less dependent on these things.

Or you just want to create marketing about a website that you are share of and are aware of the consequences that will occur. Think again about your reputation and don't ever share something you don't know.

I found a useful crypto investment calculator that helps me with my crypto investments. Two outstanding values it has that no other investment calculator can provide is that you can compare crypto performance with stocks and there are some optimized pre-made portfolios generated by an AI on the calculator.

The question is how accurate the crypto investment calculator produces because if it works consistently then many people have tested it and tried using it.
If you rely on the crypto investment calculator without having your own knowledge in making choices then be prepared to lose or suffer losses.
The idea is indeed good because it has innovation, but we don't always have to rely on it because independent knowledge is sometimes much more useful.

Hello,

I went to your link. I selected some coins from the search bar, but then nothing happened. What to do after selecting coins? Do you have any documentation for this calculator? Or are there any user guides? The user interface design of the site is beautiful. By the way, I visited the site with a mobile browser. I don't know if this is a bug or not. Or am I using the calculator in wrong way? Hopefully, you will create a nice user guide for users. So that users can use it successfully.

Thank you.

Broski you only have 2 posts and both posts are about this Botsfolio thing.

Look, you're allowed to promote websites here as your own. You don't need to pretend that you sort of suddenly found this great platform online!
That was what I thought when I read the OP but, I wasn’t going to give much to it as, the calculator isn’t something I use or would like to use. Haven’t got or seen much reason why I would have had need for it but, after reading your comment to find that, this is actually what it is, a low budget promotional strategy by trying to be corny, I just feel bad for the OP.

It’s a bad way to promote even a good project. Something OP might not realize is that, the forum is one that is filled with intellectuals who goes the extra length to prove a point and get satisfactions about it. Nice try OP, don’t doom yourself this way!

Hmm, interesting but in my views the services already exist for free, and some pro plans as well by the top names, CMC and Coingecko where portfolio management tracking can be customized. I think for an average investor it is more than enough, but it seems like Op is trying to mention something else, if yes please mention some more details here so we can check that out.

Hmm well if you are completely relying on the auto-generated AI portfolios be careful with the possible risks. Because its never recommended to rely on such services.

A very innovative idea but I don't really see a great necessity of it except you are looking to a very large form of diversification in the crypto space els pick few coins who has been doing well alongside Bitcoin and invest and that will be all you will need, if you are investing for the short term just keep your eyes on the price and know when to exit other wise wait over the period of time and come back for a good harvest and you will make profits with or without all those too many informations the calculator will be providing you with. Sometimes to much of information can cause you some paralysis and you end up in a pool of confusion on what to invest which later turns out you may loose out in opportunities that may arise while you were still in the valley of decision.

Crypto investment calculator is nice however, I have always had the idea that there are categories of people that it use it. Whales and those who invest to take profit later that is short term holders(pardon me if there is no term like that but you get the idea. Right?). Short term holders who want to make predictions of what the likelihood of their investment would amount to after some time would find it quite handly. Of course it is for those who already have a balanced view of investing in cryptocurrency knowing that there are other factors that are at play and affect the market. Long term holders just invest and forget about it. While there are the category of those who do not care about any investment calculator. They invest in bitcoin and promise themselves that they won't take profit until bitcoin hits $75k.
I can easily use the trading calculator on the exchange for investment calculator as well. But I found it difficult to use the trading calculator even while trading not to talk of using it for investment. I do all investment and trading calculations manually using my phone or computer calculator and the calculations are very simple to do. I guess OP also just only wants to promote that calculator site.

Mate, just post an actual thread about your project! That way we're far more likely to actually trust you, rather than you doing this shoddy marketing attempt that will actually destroy your reputation.

The platform I use is Botsfolio. I like their investment strategy. Based on long term time frames it executes buy/sell orders and also adds investment. It automates all my portfolio functions and I don't have to track/execute trades manually.

What this calculator helps with:

1) You can compare historical gains of any crypto or crypto portfolio with top stocks and market indexes.

2) It has AI generated optimized portfolios and their historical performance data.

3) You can get insights on how different allocation of coins can make your portfolio perform better or worse.
