Not at all. Crypto Market is not MLM Ponzi because you don't get any profits from people that you ask to join into cryptocurrency such as trading, mining etc. MLM ponzi means you will get percentage profit from people that you invited and invested some money in it and so on. On crypto market you are controlling your money to trade even you get loss or get profit and also crypto can be mined, tradeable.

I think it will also be fair to say that any industry will die if no new money will be pouring into it...at the very least in many companies the new money can be coming from sales of the products or services being offered to the market. And just because an organization has to continue on marketing for new money (coming in different forms and types) does not automatically makes it a ponzi. One big factor for a ponzi if there is a guaranteed amount of money that can be earned by a participant and the reason why it can collapse if there would be no money coming in enough to pay the guaranteed rate. In cryptocurrency there is no such kind of a guarantee...in fact here we can lose our money because the market value can go down and up just like stocks or forex (though here the volatility can get so high).

By your logic any market is MLM, if you stop putting money into any business it'll eventually die.

If bitcoin-like cryptocurrencies were eventually confirmed as a "Ponzi scheme" tool, then speculation about Bitcoin will only remain a strong mark in the history of global speculation. However, a heavy topic that stems from Bitcoin is: Since any private behavior that attempts to “decentralize” is a major threat to the central bank, who will restrain the super-currency impulses of central banks? Perhaps the problem of cracking the super-currency of a strong central bank is to prevent the encrypted “currency” from breeding the “Ponzi scheme”.

As above crypto markets are very distinct from multilevel marketing, however if money stopped entering the market that would show that supply is exceeded by demand and thus usual economic market effects will drive price down until a point at which there is demand (money coming in).

Multi level marketing works on tiers of persons involved in the scheme, and by bringing in people below you, you stand to gain. If you dont build your pyramid you dont get a lambo, simple.
Crypto markets do not require you to bring in anyone in order to gain. If i buy 1 bitcoin and sit on it, dont talk to anyone about it and just generally go about my business, there is still the potential for that bitcoin to increase in value leading to a gain on my part. They are instead just driven by market forces of supply and demand. A big sell order hits and the markets drop, a big buy comes in and it goes up.

Cryptocurrency market is very different with Mlm and cryptocurrency will definitely have newcomers, because in cryptocurrency there are mining and buying and selling transactions.
