BitGo's API should help you achieve that. I believe Paxful use them for the exact same purpose but it's quite expensive...

If you have the required technical knowledge, I would suggest running bitcoind and using JSON-RPC calls to communicate with it, you can start by reading this post .

Anyone knows what crypto processing service are out there. The service must be able to be interacted with API. Specifically, the service should be able to generate new addresses (Bitcoin or otherwise) that is valid permanently without expiration, withdraw funds from the service, and also send notification via API when users deposit to the generated address.

I tried searching for the services but so far most of them are only suitable for merchants that sell goods, which means the address generated in the invoice has an expiration date. Most also have quite a high fee (around 1%).
