Since you are asking this question in such a manner, I get the feeling that you are still quite new to this industry. If so, then I think you would be better off investing on those coins you have mentioned instead(except dogecoin) than investing on ICOs or IEOs. Because these are quite risky given your situation. Also, having such amount to invest would be too small it would be deducted a couple of time due to various platforms being used. It just isn't enough. That's a good thing though since this gives way to an opportunity for you to experience more from this industry before you start investing on ICOs and IEOs. Good luck man.

I think among the coins you recommend XRP, TRX is the ones that I think you should buy if possible. And the advice for you is to be comfortable with the money you have decided to invest in this market.
XRP and TRX are good assets if you want to buy right now. although this year's moves weren't all that fun for TRX and maybe something good enough for XRP. but both seem to be less popular with DOT and Matic for this year. not to mention several new assets that make market interest change such as TKO and SFP. some new projects this year are making a pretty good trend in the crypto market.

100$ not enough.

Most of the sales right now using "Holding Token Platform" with a lottery system, so you need a lot of money to participate in the token sale. I suggest to you just trading with that money, is really small for participated on launchpad sale like DAO Maker, Ignition or Polkastater.

The OP budget is quite low if he wanted to invest on the list of coins he provided the only way to maximize his earnings is to invest it in a new coin since the capital is not that high, he will lose nothing if he does that. Therefore he should go for a promising coin that will multiply its price for the next years to come in able to get a huge amount of income in that small capital. anyway, there are some good coins that already exist that you can also try so that the risk you are taking not that high but the income you will get is not as high as the first suggestion.

I have $100 a week I want to invest in some crypto on a recurring basis. I am looking at the following but was wondering if there were some "initial offerings" (or "cheap" coins) out there that I could get into and which exchange?

LTC, ETH, ADA, XRP, DOGE, TRX

Thanks,
Michael

Bro if you are from the country that is supported by coinlist I will suggest you go and register on that platform,  they usually have good project conducting ieo on the platform with a minimum investment of $100, right now there is a new ieo about to be launched on coinlist,  I think 2 if am not mistaken,  Efinity is one of the 2 project,  a new project from Enjin,  it seem like a good one, although coinlist have a lock period for their ieo, I will suggest you dyor about them.

There are some IDOs and public sale that are being offered and conducted on some good platform like polkastarter, daomaker, paid network, bscpad, bsc station and many more. However the chances of being picked or win is slim since it is a fcfs basis and you need to spend a lot of gas just to get thr slot. But this is very profitable as some tokens during launch make 10x or more. But if you want a safe investment then do a DCA for those major coins that you have mentioned.

It is better to invest in Ethereum and Doge, because we have seen together that prices will be better in the future, for the long term both cryptos are also good.
Doge was overpriced and it doesn't make sense to invest in this coin.
I personally prefer to pick TRX or something else rather than doge coin. This coin was a pump and dump coin and TBH babel fish as a new project is worth than doge coin to make money.
Doge is manipulating by the whales especially how a tweet can affect it.

For me, I do not advise you to invest in ICOs because I have bad experiences with many of them, most of the projects are failed and some are scam so it is better to invest in well-known coins that rank well in the market.
I advise you to buy quantities of more than one currency and not one currency. You can invest in Doge, TRX, ADA. I think that these currencies will witness important rises in the coming period.

Just buy BTC and ETH for every $ 100 per week, this will be the best investment in my opinion, if you do something like that regularly, you will build up solid capital in a few years. For other possibilities you need more experience, that will also come with time)

Hi mate if you want to participate in IDOs then you have to buy 250 POLS tokens to participate in their Initial dex offering you have to spend $400 with the current price of the POLS token. But no guarantee allocation

Otherwise, you could try on coinlist.co exchange here you can start investing with just $100  no need to hold their native tokens. In fact coinlist doesn't have any native token yet. Go try your luck.

But remember don't just blindly participate, research is essential before participating in token sale

How is your portfolio right now? Do you have enough BTC? It's not a financial advise but don't spread your money in too much altcoins. It's not too late for you to build a base in BTC since it's on a dip. You can expand to altcoins next. Avoid XRP until a decision has been reached on their SEC case if you want less risky investments.

All of the Altcoins that you mentioned in the topic are very good for you to invest in, but there is only one that you should not choose, namely Dogecoin, and if you want to replace it, then replace it with the Tron token (TRX).

IEO? usually this is launch thru top exchanges so yes it is good to invest on those projects initially. But the problem is that it seems that the hype has died down already, and it was those whales that are the first one to get inside so for me or for those average Joe, very difficult.

For those coins that you have mentioned, they are all solid and legit problem. Might be before to just invest on them for long term.

TRX, ADA, and XRP are good options that you should prioritize in the above list.
TRX and XRP have seen growth and are consolidating quite well.
ADA will launch smart contracts in August so we can expect long-term growth in this project. Also, add MATIC to the list as the MATIC ecosystem is expanding as ETH 2.0 is approaching.

I don't even think that you can get into IEO or IDO caused by you must have lots of exchange tokens to participate on it. The only possible thing for you to join in the ICO which is very risky at this moment consider that you must have dealt with big risk by losing your money. It's quite impossible for you to participate in ICO. There will always be minimum amount of requirement to invest in ICO, IEO or IDO.
Doge, TRX and ADA are the possible coins to make you some profits.
