If your account is verified and you're able to provide supporting information (they'll likely ask you to reverify and stuff), pretty sure you can. Start by writing to their support: https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/215601908-Contacting-Kraken-Support

I'm guessing you don't have anything else like email address, 2fa access, etc.?

sorry, I didnt mean that , i mean api key and api private key, can i recover my wallet from that? i have api key and api private key, is there anything i can do

The answer depends on the API Key permissions. Can you recall what permissions you set when generating the API keys?

Quote
Configuring an API Key
API keys have several settings and options that must be configured before the API key can be used, notably the name/description and access permissions.

hello, somehow i lost my account from kraken.com

but before i saved my key and my private secret key, is there any chance i could get the founds back?

i am very new and i don't know much about crypto
please help i would rly appericate it !

Maybe you have misunderstood, perhaps what you are referring here are account and password in Kraken and not the private key?

Kraken is a crypto exchange and with that, exchanges, not only Kraken, but all crypto exchanges doesn't give their customers their private key.

Or another scenario is that what you have is a private key but not in Kraken, maybe its a personal wallet, a non-custodial wallet like Electrum or Bitcoin Core.

And please, if someone message or PM you and telling that they are willing to help but you have to give them your private key, don't. Because if you give them, then they have control of your private key then and if by chance you have something it it, they could steal it from you.

Is Kraken.com not a centralized exchange that provides custodial services for its users' wallets, where they do not have full control over their private key? I've never heard of a centralized exchange providing a private key for their wallets before.

yes, when i created it, i saved them and i have the right one.

Are you sure about that? I don't know what you saved, but I doubt it's a private key.

As far as I know, Kraken is a CEX (centralized exchange), meaning you don't have control over your private keys, so I'm not exactly sure how you've managed to copy them. Are you sure you have the right keys ?

Anyways recovering a crypto wallet while having the private keys is a relatively simple process, this guide should help you out:
