I don't think these casinos can be in the category of 1xbit, they should be worse. But still, this is indeed unfortunate and I hope that one day the whole situation will change. It pains me to read that someone is scammed by certain casinos or any other online companies, and in most cases, these companies would do this without any penalty or anyone to question them. It should not be like this, it seems the government turns a deaf ear to the cry of the voiceless. Maybe in the future, someone like me will be one of those who will put the attention of the government to it.

The government are just looking in the other direction, if they want to do this, I think they can, just like the INTERPOL and international security agencies. They can even bring it out from the UN for global cybersecurity and sanctioning where the whole world would cooperate and continue to investigate, locate, close down and sanction companies doing this scam plainly.

Truly, whoever wants to use any casino platform, deposit his funds, and play on it must do his own research, as many fraudulent, unlicensed casino sites have spread that steal players’ money under the pretext that they have violated one of the terms of their fake service.

As you explained, the matter is easy, so anyone can buy a casino system from this company or any other company, pay them the agreed-upon amount, and receive the system that will be used in his fraudulent activities. As for me, I blame Betilus because if they had discovered the misuse of their products, they should have held these malicious customers legally accountable. As for taking down these sites, it is possible to do so by reporting to their Registrar websites, but it will undoubtedly be useless because they will transfer their system to another domain.

We may not achieve such, the little we can afford is in making scam accusation in this manner for others to see and be well aware of what is going on, it is expected that we got informed and try to avoid those websites, but when we lack the required security information and tips needed, we may ended being their victim, that is why it is also very important in making enough research on anything we do before hand, scam can't be eradicated, but we can prevent being scammed.

These guys have bought their system (casino,sportsbook) and layout from "Betilus" company, which sells casino systerms for casinos.

For example if you google betilus casinos, youll find some really reliable MGA casinos also using their platforms.. Not blaming Betilus on anything... They just sell their product.





25k$ onetime payment, and you will get your own casino + running fees. And Betilus does far better job with their product than most of the even reliable ones do.

No, they most probably won't pay you those $300 that you win and they may also not allow you to withdraw your own deposit. Everyone on this forum warns newbies to stay away from 1xBit, the reason for that is the shady nature of that casino.

They don't care that if someone wins $300, $3k, or $20k, they are shady and they can show their shadiness with even $100 worth of funds. Be careful from them even with small amounts because if you trust them then you'll regret later.

So what do you mean exactly by 1xbit being a scam? How does it differentiate from any other general crypto casino that doesnt have a strong licence and only uses cryptos and that dont have a solid reputation like stake,rollbit etc.. Its not a surprise that if you play with big amounts, you should really choose a popular crypto casino and not take stupid risks.. What i mean is that, if i win 300$ worth of cryptos from 1xbit, do you mean they are not going to pay it to me? I think they would. Where as 20k$ is different.
This applies to 90% of crypto casinos out there. If you win big, its always a risk you are not going to get paid. Its normal.
If i had 1000$ dollars... I could name only 10ish crypto casinos that i could put them in and know i get paid for sure if i win no matter what the amount is. There are hundreds of crypto casinos.

You are not far from the truth @SamReomo, just check out the piles of scam reports that have been made against a scam site like 1xbit both here in the bitcointalk community and outside yet no government or it's agency has been able to clamp down on 1xbit and a host of other scam casinos that are online feeding on the ignorance and gullibility of both old and newbie gamblers.

And it is this ineptitude on the side of the government to go after them with full force that has given them the courage and strong will to continuously without fear to keep perpetrating their illegalities. From what am seeing, taking a legal actions against them is tantamount to a waste of time. Am saying this because these scam casinos seem to have a wide network of powerful connection in the society that not a single or a few individual can bring them down except if the government genuinely decides to hook them down.

It's a clarion call for we to never faint from doing a thorough research about any casino you about to use for the first and have no antecedent knowledge about them or better still go with the casinos we have here in the forum for less worries from scam.

It's so sad that something like this is happening in the real world and nothing has been done about it, which shows the extent of the under-regulation of online activities and the reason why I will always glamour for more regulation to avoid such easy scams.

Although I can't verify all that you claimed here but one thing that is certain is that a whole lot of such antics is happening online these days where many would open their casinos or other businesses for the sole purpose of scam. Many would also be opening numerous websites, and some of these sites could be from the ones people trust but have other branches that scam people due to their experience of how it works. We just have to be careful.

I could remember the similar behaviour in the Binary option about 15 years ago which made me eventually leave the industry. You would see a single company owning 15 different Binary option websites and still boldly crest their names and license details on them despite all scamming people.

That was old time, I expected improvements to have happened by now, but instead, it is getting worse. Who will now help the poor and the potential victims? Well, I strongly advise people not to entrust their money to any online business they do not trust or have not built a reputation for themselves over the years.

Scams will keep on going until there are bad actors in society and they are not going to become a good ones due to the nature of this world, so it's you, who have to save yourself from such bad actors by using the knowledge as a shield. Knowledge is power, you must have heard of this statement, knowledge gives everyone power of what they want to be, but those who don't have this power they fall into the hands of those powerful people who then play them.

These people can be good or bad actors, so, to save yourself from bad ones, you have to be knowledgeable also. 10k£ is a big amount, I guess there will be more big scams then this, as I don't have much info on it as don't gamble, but the only way to safe yourself from such websites is, to be knowledgeable of the ways to find the unique, trustable and profitable platform so you won't be affected later.

Yes, we cannot stop fraud like that, especially with large casinos that have many customers, several times the fraud is often ignored by people who are not informed that the casino has a track record of fraud, like the 1xbit you mentioned.

While they still have customers, it will be very difficult to stop unless the government directly blocks their website, but it can't be that simple, there must be one or two steps that can even be passed, such as bribing for example. The most likely way to stop a casino from committing fraud is to no longer play at their casino.

Suggesting that there should be a centralized platform for people to share information about gambling scams and also a way for people to rate and review different gambling sites. That is sure gon be really helpful and a very powerful too for improving transparency and accountability in the gambling industry.

Now just imagine make such a tool a decentralized platform, it'd have even more advantages than it being a centralized platform because it could be more resilient to censorship, since there wouldn't be any particular entity to control the activities going on there.

you should post it in the gambling section or in the scam section since I don't think many newcomers would be concerned by it. But it's always nice and useful to expose scams related to cryptocurrencies. It's sad if a crypto service is working with or for them, because I wonder how it could be unaware of this kind of practice from crypto casinos.

No one can stop them but the authorities if they're ever reported and also to their provides. Once they're busted, that's also one reason for them to stop. These casinos are also trying their luck if there will be some victims that are going to test them out and will deposit money on them. From there, they're going to show that they're legit and then when the time of withdrawal comes. That's how they're going to surprise these victims that there will be some additional methods and processes that they need to fill for them to ask and will delay it as much as they can.

That's more likely the case. If they are the only one who has a review about that casino then I think they are paid to give a review and in order not to make it obvious that they are paid then they didn't give high score but rather give an average score which is in the middle so that people will think that it is not a biased review and paid review. I think they really did earn from their affiliates besides the money they are paid to give a review.

I suggest you to move it to scam accusation board or gambling discussion board. 1xBet might be affiliated with 1xBit or the owner might be the same guy. They have huge bankroll and they might have their personal legal advisors as well.

Online wallets aren't able to freeze someone's wallets because they know how to perform the transaction stuff and they might have multiple accounts at multiple banks with help of those they might be accepting fiat currencies.

As far as I know most countries don't really care about gamblers and they don't have any legal laws against gambling sites, and most members change their location with help of a VPN to those countries in order to use a casino. The casinos mostly the shady ones can take advantage of that thing and steal the money of the users.

The scary thing with these casinos is they have someone who really knows how to design the sites looking trustworthy. They have daily live-chat from 6am to midnight.
Everything seems correct and fun. But they never pay out anyone.

The crypto gambling space is not properly regulated this is why we need to be careful when choosing them. It is difficult to track and close down crypto gambling sites because most of them are not within the jurisdiction of some countries. It is easier to clamp down on physical casinos than crypto casinos because the former has office locations in some countries. 


This casino caught my attention because it sounds like one of a the reputable casinos in this forum. One of the signs we should look out for is that some of this scam casinos will name the casino to sound like a well known one. This strategy is to attract unsuspecting gamblers that will mistake this fake one for the original casino.

I will suggest you edit the first page which you brought about this scam to our notice and add this links so that others can be able to identify it and see where you are pointing at.

And to make the link safer from newbies clicking on them by mistake I will suggest you make the link to appear in form of quote or code so that they can’t easily be clicked on unless copied and opened in a browser.

This is exactly what I wanted to asked, reporting a site pr group of gambling platforms without dropping link to the casino are just like an empty warning because no one can know which casino they being warned of and can’t take precautions to avoid falling victim to such casino and such link could also be used to as proof and evidence to stop, report such casino and they could also be investigated to know if what the Op is saying is really true or not.

These sites can't be found here in the forum and for that, the DT will not be able to mark them with red trust to become untrustworthy for anyone to sign in. They are operating outside this forum which they can freely just do on social media and other networks where users will not be aware of the warning.

But maybe you can try going into the review sites and counter what good was it said on them since they paid for those users to write good reviews for them.

I don't know why the license institution Commissions do gives licence permits to these disreputable and unconfirmed organisations or individuals in requests for registration and licence permits to launch systems that hasn't been verified if it is legit and reputable as they may be disguised to the public or not.
If you go to the App stores and other software sites where apps are stationed for downloads and sites for networking, you Will be overwhelmed by malicious apps in the system that is supposed to be backed with anti fake apps technology but yet they gives them the privileges to function and even contributes to speculate and even influences the audience with their Ads that is why the scale of scammers victims is being so broaded.

People have always fallen into traps, and will fall into traps, whether its gambling or something else.

What i understood now, and have understood with Askgamblers, they are scaling the rate of the casino a lot higher if they get higher affiliate payments. Askgamblers does this in a big scale. So even the most biggest affiliate sites have blood on their hands. Why wouldnt they, they rake in a lot of money because the scam casinos dont have to pay players winnings at all - it leaves a lot more money for affiliates also..

And there is no way to warn people in general.

There is definetly a market cap available for pure scams in gambling industry, if you can really get away by just taking deposits and not pay anyone and keep on doing this with no stress for the future. Sounds unfair, if you can get rich this easy and no one will be able to close down your scam operations..

The solution would be simple.  As soon as the website is a known scam trap, countries can start blocking it.  They have blocked a lot of websites before, they can do this too.  But look how they 'handled' YouTube Cryptocurrency scams.  They do not really handle the situation at all and it is still happening every now and then.

To me this is very simple.  They do not care because it is Cryptocurrency and to most of the Governments it is perfect if the reputation of Bitcoin gets tainted more.

What is your opinion - Casino guru affiliate site promotes all these casinos, doing it for years, but they marked them as 5/10, not like the worst of the worst... And their sites look really polished and very well functioning. Solid trapping sites, where many scam sites are badly made and dont look reliable at all..

Looking at the 1xbet reviews on casino.guru affiliate, which is 6.9/10. With hundreds of complaints, you can really make the conclusion that even the best affiliate sites have blood on their hands... Why wouldnt they, they probably bank a lot money out because fraudulent casinos dont have to pay anyone winnings -> more affiliate income.

Everything has pros and cons. Both gambling sites and gaming sites have authentic projects and scam projects, we have to check and invest in all these projects. Many times we deposit money on the wrong gambling side in gambling which turns out that the gambling site is cheating us. The fault here is ours because we trust all these sites without checking. 

Fraudsters will always use new tricks to cheat but you have to be smarter than fraudsters so you can protect yourself from their cheats. If we have enough knowledge about the market and if we read the new news regularly, then we will be aware of the authentic projects and authentic sites and we will be protected from being cheated.

They can create as many as they can since no one can stop them from doing that but there's a way for other people not to become a victim which is to share the scam gambling sites that you have found so that people who may encounter the site will know what to do which is to avoid it. There is no way anyone can shut a casino website down, if it's not regulated and you are about to know that it's not, then there is no reason to start using such platform to gamble.

If you are looking forward to start gambling on a online casino, make sure you pick through this forum, it's not safe looking for one on your own, many fake casinos are all over the internet now, and some are using non-kyc to attract some people that like privacy way of gambling.

Reporting this to the authorities which they are located is the only way to stop this criminals. Your best chance to shut them down is when they accept users from country with strict regulators such as US and UK. They are capable in cracking down this kind of scammers online. Even on this forum we always alert members about such sites, a similar site 1xBit has been scamming its users for many years but no one is yet able to do anything against them. They have been running their scam empire for many years freely without any worries and yet no one can even take legal action against them.

Im not a big victim here, but i have spotted a group of gambling sites(same guys), that look like decent normal gambling site with no real warnings of shady stuff.
They have no licensing authority who follows their actions. But they have multiple crypto payment options available, also they have VISA and MasterCard payments available, where you can play with fiat currencies, but the payment methods are "you pay with fiat, and the merch gets cryptos for for your fiat money".

So all the payment methods lead to cryptos.. They have been doing this over a year and keep spreading opening new sites.
The scam here is they dont pay anyone winnings.

They have licenced big slot providers, sportsbook provider and poker etc... So they have real deals with real solid operators..

Feels bad when i read some of the older reviews for someone to lose over 10k£ but once the player tried to cashout 1k£, he got nothing.
