Did you try a humidifier? I believe sitting in front of the computer screen the whole day could leave you with so low energy not only because of the static posture but also because of lacking fresh air in the room. Just don't focus your life within crypto do recreational activities or outdoor activities to strengthen your health.  If you just sit everyday in front of computer then it will be bad. Just have a time management in your life.

I think you are over stressing yourself and that is why those things are happening to you.  How did you manage to stay with your laptop in 18 hour every day?  We have many software and application that will do most of those monitoring for you and then you can go out and focus on other things.

This scares me, I also sit mostly more than OP does.

But I have few getaways during the weekdays and weekends so I'm not mostly sits throughout the week. If someone does like OP does, you need to at least make your schedule clear and get some days or hours of working out.

Maybe try make a time planned so you can manage your time in making in crypto trading. Too much time exposing in your laptop will result to eye problem so you need to be careful. But, doing trading without ruining your health is have a good answer and the answer proper time management. In addition to that, I also do trading and I always have a time planned before I conduct my trading and right now I found a good upcoming exchange which is Bitrus and make sure that you should follow your time planned.
Most of the people now are more active in online especially in cryptocurrency and sometime they monitor the price 24/7 which is not good because they will expose in the radiation in computer or laptop

You are right too much exposure in monitor is not good and if you conduct trading make a good time management.

I think the best thing is that you study the market in a different way so that you do not have to stick to the pc all day, because it is not life, you must try to trade in another way, so you can rest and eliminate the stress created.
Try to use an Exchange that allows you to position Stop Loss Take Profit at the same time, if you lose you should only assume your loss and if you win then congratulations, but so much time on a PC with stress, it is not good for your health.

My personal experience with trading - it's like a drug. The more you do it, the stronger is the addiction. It can be really dangerous in the end. I'm not saying to quit (i haven't) but getting it all under control might be a good thought. Here is what i do:
- set up an alarm for a 10 minutes break every hour. During this break I make myself stand up from my desk, stretch, exercise or just do something else.
- every now and then I look away from my computer at something in the distance to prevent my eyes damage, too.
- create a more relaxing working place and/or routine. I believe that being exposed to stress for a long time (in case when you are losing money for example) can be just as damaging as not moving enough. Remember, stress could lead to cancer eventually. I bought myself the Avantek ( https://snoremagazine.com/best-white-noise-machine/ ) and work while listening to campfire or birds sounds. Works for me.

Allocate time for that.
And if on a trip with friends.
Practice sport daily.
Or see a doctor.

Well if you sit in fron of you pc 18 hours strike that what you got, did you make a schedule? example you take a rest in Sunday and Tuesday the rest of days for trading or resting for 1 hour every 4-5 hours trading, i know trading take you time but please take more care for you health, you didn't want money you make from trading just for hospital bill don't you?

I also sit very much in front of the computer, but I managed to feel better, ease my back pain and lose weight by working out every day for half an hour. Not even too much: 50-60 push-ups, the same number of crunches and few kilometers of running. Also, crypto life brings some stress as well, so breathing exercises will do you well.

It is better if you do some physical activities at least 30 mins per day to keep you physically active and divert some attention to crypto. Working out also releases anti stress hormones that promotes good health. Keep the balance in life always.

Exercise and Outdoors activity, my man.

Those are your twin lifelines, coupled with a sensible diet, and 7 to 8 hours of daily Sleep. Else, you are perilously close to literally killing yourself off.

Also, keep off alcohol, drugs, and tobacco.  Tea and coffee limited to 2, 3 cups a day.

And, stop obsessing about the Crypto marketplace; it's not going anywhere far away.  If you stay healthy there's long enough time for you to attend to it, over the next several decades.  Smiley

There always has to be balance. But I understand you, dude. I know the thrill that comes with trading. But think about it... you don't want to spend all your earnings to treat your deteriorating health, right? So be sure to rest and eat welll --then you'll have the energy to study the market and continue trading.

Push-ups, preferably on your fists.

Strenghtn your back, arms and abs. On your fists is healthier for your wrists, hurts at first but you wont feel it anymore later on and you develope a nice punsh. Its the russian way

There is increasing evidence that extended periods of sitting increases the risk of illnesses, not only cardiovascular disease, as Farhad mentioned, but also obesity, type 2 diabetes, depression and cancer (colon cancer risk doubles with a sedentary job). You need to take a break every 2 hours and that for a period of 30 min at least to reduce eye strain and those issues you mention.

It definitely affects my stress level, constantly worrying about missing out, what I'm not noticing, etc. Though I wish I could sit in front of the computer for 18 hours dedicated to this.

Keep in mind that the vast majority of jobs implies sitting behind a desk staring at a computer screen, crypto isn't any different.
Setting up a daily routine could help with this. Basically you just need to write down a program mixing work and exercise, or any other activity such as reading or going for a walk.
