Sadly Changelly support is not well-known for its quick response. OP, next time you want to do an instant swap, double-check the fees and make sure it is not too low. Compare it using explorer tools like mempool (if it's Bitcoin) since the calculation from your wallet might be wrong.

op used Coinomi wallet to make the exchange which doesn't require copy pasting any address so I don't think this would be the cause of the problem.
As I said, if OP used the in-built Changelly API then this won't be the cause of the problem, but it is still entirely possible that OP used his Coinomi wallet with the Changelly website or other interface which still required him to copy and paste an address.

Also I don't think orders do expire as the exchange rate will be calculated when the transaction get confirmed not when you send it (by default).
According to the Changelly blog, floating rate orders expire after 36 hours:
You will have 36 hours to send funds otherwise the transaction will be canceled automatically.

Fixed rate orders expire after 15 minutes. This seems to be in keeping with what Husires has said above. So it is most likely that OP's order simply timed out, and contacting Changelly support should resolve his issue.

There is also the possibility that you have sent your bitcoin to the incorrect address, either by mistake or because of some clipboard malware. If you used the Changelly API which is integrated in to the Coinomi wallet, then this is very unlikely to be the case.

the exchange rate is subject to change during the processing time, which means the final rate may be slightly different from what you expected. This happens because Changelly doesn’t fix currency rates
Op can get a refund by contacting Changelly's support and providing the transaction id:
When exchanges fail or get stuck like this, Changelly must be contacted at https://changelly.freshdesk.com/ or [email protected]. Inform them the ID of the transaction in text form.

It is possible that since the transaction took 2 days to confirm the order you placed for Dogecoin timed out, and so although the bitcoin arrived at Changelly's addresses their system did not automatically detect it and send you the Dogecoin. If this is the case, then simply contacting their support with the details of the order and your transaction should be enough for things to be rectified.

You should probably contact Changelly. If the Bitcoin transaction confirmed, it's up to them now.
