BTC tx's are irreversible, once you send BTC to someone, there is no way to get it back, except you get to the person and force them to give it back to you, and if it is a case of a huge amount in BTC, you can report it to the authorities and if you are lucky, they'll take up the case and the funds would be confiscated if it is deposited into a custodial service. However scammers are smarter than that, they'll obfuscate the origin of the funds, or they wouldn't ever send it to a centralized exchange.
