Sorry to bump. But is it possible to withdraw Bitcoins using mobile accounts or bank accounts? other than my ATM cards?

It's possible to withdraw to a bank account yes. I have seen few members having issues (accounts being locked etc.) after doing so multiple times though. I suggest checking directly with Skrill support.

You can deposit Bitcoin to Skrill.
Fee is not that high, but the maximum amount is only 500€

For withdraw you can ask for the Skrill card for a fee of 10€ year.
It will work on any Mastercard terminal.

The maximum amount is per transaction, so you could deposit 500 Euro, wait until it's added into your account and then deposit more multiple times.

As for withdrawing through an ATM, It's not possible just like Neteller. You can only use these funds to send to other Skrill customers.

Thanks for your inputs. I managed to withdraw crypto to skrill via spectrocoin. That was an amazing service. For all the transactions ( Beginning from MEW - spectro - skrill to ezcash ) it only took less than 10 minutes.

In alternative you can look in Services section. Sometimes there is someone offering trading services.
Be careful with the user you are dealing with. Always look to their Trust, and proceed with caution. Use escrow if there is something shady.

Not sure if this can help, but once in skrill I can easily withdraw by transferring to my mobile account that is linked to a debit card. Then I use this debit card to withdraw to regular ATMs.

Neteller allows you to make a deposit with bitcoins through bitpay. I used it several times without much problem. Also some exchanges like EXMO can make clients withdraw in Neteller or skrill when thy fund their account with crypto.

1. Deposit your bitcoins directly to your Neteller or Skrill account, they'll be converted to fiat but you won't be able to use withdraw them at ATMs.
2. Use a bitcoin debit card, load it with bitcoins, and use it to deposit to your account like If it was a Visa/MasterCard.
