Are there any german users who think about llegal steps or to report a criminal intent? I was able to identify the mail-hosting (separate server) back to a hoster in germany who is willing to coorperate with the justice in case of any criminal report to them. Of course it's not possible to make tell us the customer name/address. So it's only possible to refer to them in case of any llegal steps.

If you are going to do so please contact me by PM and I can give you the abuse ticket-number and contact at Hetzner.

The main pool seems to be hosted on vultr.com. I've also done an abuse report to them.

I have unrevealed some information about the hosting and wrote an abuse report to them. They also await some response from their customer (having the hosting with them for at least the mail-servers on hetzner/germany). The Pool itself seems to be hosted on vultr.com (hidden by cloudflare reverse-proxy).

I am very much revolted by such ignoring! The administration of Pool pretends that they see nothing. They completely ignore all messages of the their users on bitcointalk, Discord and also on E-mail!!! Angry

In the mean-time there are a lot of users (including myself) complaining about pending payouts at the Cryptoally.net Mining-Pool. See this thread for more details: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.35399283.

I've tried to analyse this. Until now I've been looking for any official news on their webpage or twitter regarding any technical issue with their wallet/payout that could explain their behaving not sending out payments. There is no official news known - whereas in the meantime they still promote their pool with updates in news/twitter.

I also tried contacting the Cryptoally-Team by Twitter, Contact-Form (on their homepage) and in this forum to their profile https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/cryptoally-843582 by PM. Until now without any response by them.

I only can advice any user to avoid this pool until there is a clear statement by the cryptoally team and users that can confirm their pending payouts are send to their wallets!
