Sorry for your loss OP.
Besides the dispute on NameCheap to get back your domain, which I believe the outcome will be in your favour if you provide enough evidences, you have to report Cryptoamity.ltd to the domain name registrar and the hosting provider so they take it down for good.
Also, it will be more beneficial for us if you tell us how did you come to know the scammer and how and where did you make the deal.

The one who bought the domain from you should be a part of that scammy sheme.
No one bought domain, the buyer is the main culprit here. The domain where OP received fund is owned by the buyer. The amount was just a number. It is a common scam method for some days.
Well, i have just understood the situation here. The buyer is the main culprit here and i admit that i somehow missed how he he is trying to deceive users.
To be honest, this is my first time i came across this method of camming. I would like to thank all the above users for pointing things out. Someone should have to collect all the above evidences and post it in a new topic in "Scam and accusations" board .

฿itcoin for all, All for ฿itcoin.
I opened a dispute on Namecheap support to get back my domain. Let's see what happened.
I hope things work out in your favor. Meanwhile you can move this thread to the scam accusations board since it now proven scam. You can also change the title to Cryptoamity.ltd is a Scam so that members who search around using google or the forum's search button can easily see it in the results.

Maybe we will have one more archive collection with the name of the site that you have sold stolen from you. Can we know the name of your site?

So, there's a big possibility that this website is scam
Not a possibility - a certainty. Any service, site, wallet, exchange, whatever, which asks you to deposit before you are allowed to withdraw is a scam, period.

That site in particular is an exact copy and paste of an often used scam template. Here is a post I made a few weeks ago about an identical looking site with a different name: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54620516

OP, if you reused a password you have use on any other site, exchange, web wallet, etc., when you signed up for that scam site, then I suggest you change them all immediately.

The suggestion above was right, you can move this into scam accusation board and make it sure you have to compile a strong proof that you have been scammed by them. Because if you don't have any documents to prove, it means the accusation is baseless to accuse that site (cryptoamity) or the person who scammed you using that Bitcoin wallet.

You need to research first. I'd searched this in google about the service on this wallet the result is all about scam issue.

Sorry for your loss, but next time if you accept again Bitcoin as payment, you should know the risk and create a wallet that you only hold a private key not anyone else, or even any form of custodial wallets (except if they are already trusted).

It's a new hot escrow scam method for the last couple of months. I have seen in this forum and some other community people complaining to be the victim. You must have searched about the site before you deposit.

The one who bought the domain from you should be a part of that scammy sheme.

I am wondering how you came across that scam website in the same way how you came across to bitcointalk where you can report the issue. I am sure that you didn't verify if it's a legit service before you decide to send your money.
Sad to say this, but you were a victim of a ponzi sheme which you had the ability to avoid by just searching here in the forum where you are reporting the issue now. I can understand that this is a noob mistake even it happened with your real money, however it's maybe your first lesson to learn that you have to trust nobody with your money.

I sold an expired domain and the client said he has the only option to pay and that is via cryptoamity wallet. i received funds but for withdraw i lost my own $600 BTC just in the process of verification.  Cry
The one who bought the domain from you should be a part of that scammy sheme. If you can provide more detail about him, you may save others to not fall into the same risk. This is the maximum you can do for now .

Sorry my brother. You were definitely scammed. Bitcoin addresses don't need to be "verified" in order to receive payment.

I sold a domain to a client. He said he has the only payment method and he can only pay in cryptoamity.ltd wallet.
so I received money from him about $1k BTC. Everything was good till then.

After that, i contacted the support of Crypto Amity to withdraw funds to blockchain wallet. They said you need to verify the external wallet address. And for verification, you need to send 0.02 BTC  from the external wallet to the crypto Amity exchange wallet. I did that not once but 3 times and the total amount was 0.064 BTC.
This is an old scam trick. "Pay a certain fee so that we can verify your address or Pay a certain fee/make a deposit to activate a withdrawal"

The person whom you were selling the domain to, is he in the forum.

BTC price road to $80k
How did you found this website (cryptoamity)?

According to whois the website is new and created 2 months ago.
Code:
Domain:cryptoamity.ltd
Registrar:NameCheap, Inc.
Registered On:2020-04-14
Expires On:2021-04-14
Updated On:2020-04-19

So, there's a big possibility that this website is scam and actually there is no exchange or wallet provider will ask to deposit a big amount of bitcoin just to verify that you own that account(or for insurance).

This domain is never mentioned here on the forum except for one post from here
But it is based on the mining pool. So I believe that this website is scam.

I sold a domain to a client. He said he has the only payment method and he can only pay in cryptoamity.ltd wallet.

When I tried to withdraw my funds to the same blockchain external wallet then again there was an error for insurance. I came to know that I've to pay more 0.05 BTC to my Crypto Amity Wallet as insurance if I want to withdraw my all funds to an external wallet like Blockchain.com etc. And they will return this amount after 7 days to my external wallet.

so I've some questions?

Cryptoamity.ltd is a real exchange or its a scam? Does anyone know about it?

Is there any way to withdraw funds from it. They Scam my of about $600

Site name: Crypto Amity LTD
Website Url: https://cryptoamity.ltd/
