How does this a valid thread for services, if its running on another forum or place then no use of listing here. If you want to run a campaign here then it is valid to make a thread.
Firstly I don't quite understand your english.
Secondly there are many similar signature based campaigns posted in this section, which is a section meant for bitcoin related services, not just bitcointalk related services.
Tell me a single thread that has a service offering nothing to the members, yet is being posted here. You should learn English instead of pointing towards me, because anyone who wants to understand what I said can easily do so without any problems.
I'm not here to argue the semantics of the services section.
If you have a question regarding the campaign then let me know.

Users whose rank improves before payment will still receive the rate of their stated rank. After payment is made they must post here stating their rank increase before posting elsewhere. I will then update the roster and you will earn at the appropriate rate.
For liabilities sake the maximum total amount to be paid by us will be 1 BTC, if this amount is reached (highly unlikely) then it will be split proportionally amongst entrants.
