I never heard of this exchange anywhere. Why have you joined such an exchange which is not popular? Didn't you do any homework before joining? I recommend you to use only top tier exchange.
Same here, I withdrew both .006 and .01 BTC and the have been under review for a while. Tech support guy just kept telling me to wait. Then no reply.
I went on telegram and posted asking if anyone was having problems with withdrawals and I got blocked right away.
Glad its not much money, but it looks like they are doing this a lot from what I have read.

I'm sorry to hear that dude. I'm not familiar with that exchange and I'm not going to trade in a platform which I don't hear about. I just trust the top 10 exchanges in coinmarket, other than that, I'm not taking my chances. I do hope though that you learn your lessons, it's a expensive one so don't make the same mistakes again.
Yes today i got scammed in one site, i contacted wallet provider and domain name provider waiting for the result
Do not work on such exchanges. It's dangerous.
You should continue to contact them via social media, telegram, give proof that they can believe that is you, now there are many new exchanges that are problematic in the support department, and why I am not interested in them, because their system is not 100% strong
