Total bullshit, still no resolution or reply from a person. Been nearly 3 days.

Most cases end up like that if marked by unresponsive support. Now just imagine your $2k frozen until "uncertain time", while behind the scenes your $2k is pooled with other users' money in 1 hot wallet and they freely manage it.

What do you mean? They won't recover the funds? I bought all of the crypto using my bank account. Are you saying they can just steal my money? 😅😅😂

I'm afraid you're considered to have violated the terms of Geo-restrictions[1]. Please check your area and match it with your last wallet activity. If so, I don't know if they'd be willing to recover this kind of funds, but it wouldn't hurt to try to send PMs to all of their social media profiles privately.
And watch out for offers of help from random people.

Someone also wrote the same issue on reddit[2], and the bad thing is crypto.com support is behaving the same way.

Hello everyone,
Sorry for this being my first post here.

I'm trying to get access back to my crypto
. Com account since Friday. The support is useless as there was none.

What happened was, I was checking my crypto as always and out of a sudden the app logged me out and whenever I try to login it gives me the following message: Error code: Auth restricted.

After exchanging few emails with their automated AI assistant and providing them with a selfie and other info I been told I will get a reply soon and they stopped replying. Around 2k in crypto is just gone with no support to help.

Can anybody recommend me what to do?  I used crypto com for over a year and this has never happened before.
