I ordered one of their "The Big One Artist Proof" bitcoin sculptures and it arrived damaged. All they did for shipping was wrap the wooden presentation box in mylar, put an address label on and ship. Several pieces of the plexiglass cage which surround the bitcoin sculpture itself were broken off in transit. Even the wooden box was slightly damaged.

At the minimum they should have doubled boxed using bubble wrap for protection. I have contacted them to see if they are going to replace the sculpture and will update. Does the company have a username here?

As far as I know they are not on this forum, but I have reached out a few times to them on Twiiter, and they do reply on there.

Thanks MJ. The work itself is excellent (except for the broken bits) but there is just no excuse for shoddy packaging an expensive piece.

Edit: Kirk has already responded to my email and he will replace all damaged pieces so he does take customer service seriously. When I get the replacements and can confirm everything is as it should be I will update.

These are cool and forgot to grab one when you sent me the link MJ. Curious do the “coins” detach?

They do not. They are attached as a whole piece w/ a peg at the bottom.
Looks like the peg is slightly glued to keep the anchored.
There is a small recess underneath that would fit maybe a small LED to light it up. Cheesy
They are also numbered and signed by the artist (a little hard to see, but on the right side of the black piece)

Nice thanks! I like where you’re headed with that LED idea.

I like the idea and artwork and thought its worth to share here. Bought myself some coin sculptures.
There are around 50 various crypto sculptures, everyone is limited to only 500
