Are there are any cryptocurrency crowdfunding platforms that you know of? Either projects that can be funded by Bitcoin, etc. or donations made using cryptocurrencies. If you guys know any a link would be really great, thanks

You should really check out Sociall Project. Just note that there is extra "l" at the end. :-)

This project is decentralised and based on the crowdfunding platform. You can do the paid advertising over there and you can also initiate your own crowdfunding and out sourcing for your own business. This is just perfect platform for your inquiry. Just check out their website for more information.

I would say they are more than Facebook and better than any other crowdfunding platform out there.

So this would be like a GoFundMe/IndieGoGo page or something along the lines? I think none exists, and if you mean ICO, there are tons of platforms doing that already however for charitable causes and whatnot, AFAIK, none exists as of the moment. KickICO is one of the most popular crowdfunding platforms for ICOs that I've come across, and their website seem to be pretty straightforward and easy to use for people/organizations who wish to utilize their services.

Just create a good looking white paper about your project, leave your valid contact info and post your wallet address for donations.
There you go.You have a crowfuding campaign web page. Most of the crowdfunding platforms provide only hosting ,so you can host your webpage. That`s why,it`s totally pointless to use a crypto crowdfunding platform (and most of them are scams).By the way,you could create a crypto project on Indiegogo and leave your wallet address in the campaign description.I`ve seen many people with such campaigns there.

In case of Cryptocurrency, the crowdfunding takes place by releasing ICO to gather the funds for developing a highly efficient cryptocurrency exchange platform. People invest in the newly released ICO and the providers can raise funds from the same. I’ll be launching the utility token “Encrybit” in a short period of time. It will have a strong market cap and improved liquidity pool, making easy for investors to invest. After gathering the required soft cap, I and my team will come up with a highly improved and secured trading platform. To stay updated, please keep checking on at http://encrybit.io/.

A centralized platform is not needed we already have icos in which every single project tries to get investments from people like us, you only need to check the Announcements(Altcoins) section in this forum to see hundreds of projects that are trying to convince you to get investments so in a way that section of the forum is something close to what you are looking for.
