Many Centralised exchanges are pretty fast when it comes to executing transactions or do you mean withdrawal and deposit speed? If that's what you mean then I think gate.io and Mercatox is one of the fastest exchanges when it comes to deposit and withdrawal speed, Binance is kinda slow when it comes to processing deposits and withdrawals except when it's the BNB mainnet tokens, but if you mean trading speed, I think Binance is one of the fastest out there, gate is also pretty fast as well, infact when it comes to trade execution speed, almost all the too tier exchanges would do just fine.

It depends on your location, more and more exchanges are integrating cash deposits and withdrawals and the Nigerian Naira was recently added to binance.com exchange the previous week, when asking this sort of question you should specify the country you want the services because for each country, there are different exchanges that works well for them or are preferred by the user's there.

If the location is same both buyer and seller no problem. But if they are from different countries then this method will not work?

Why don't you search on google? There have some good crypto exchange websites which offer reliable service and good payment. Nowadays it's super easy for someone to justify. Because of you can easily compare the price with other vendors and decide which one pays more. Just join there and start buying/selling crypto coins. I know a few other crypto exchange websites which is reliable and pays more like https://all-stocks.net/ Sign up is super easy there. Besides this one offer free coupon code "ALLBTK". There is no fees required for the first 3 months. So new users can start unlimited buying/selling. You can try that if you want.

Are you know any exchanger which has a much faster speed? Please, give me the link.

Assuming you want to buy/sell crypto for cash.

You can use localbitcoins with payment methods such as skrill Neteller Paypal etc

Also you can try Coinme.com, They are US-based licensed crypto ATM. They also provide services for individuals to buy/sell crypto.

What do you mean with faster speed?
What is slow at exchanges?

Actually at all centralised exchanges execution is fast.
Except if you are not content with an executiontime of maybe 1s

Withdraw? Deposit? Verification? What wastes your time?

Why don't you just use binance.com exchange? Since the site has pretty good UI, fast and even trusted by the majority, (well for much I know), just make sure that your country isn't included in their restricted countries.
