yes there is, just go to huobi and you will find a link tohbus on their home screen and they also have a competition where someone will win 0.1 btc for joining hbus, not sure if it's still active or someone won it since I haven't used it in a week or so.

Just visited the site and it looks like scam but:
- 4 letter domain may cost a lot of money now... (that was registered in 2001 year)
- They have 5 day activity in Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/company/hbus/
- .... and when you try to Google you find lots of news about HBUS and Huobi in US.
So maybe they are just in the beginning of marketing the project
