This will depend on many factors such as capital, investment preferences of each person...and we are all different. If you have a large amount of capital and like safety and stability, real estate is a good choice for you. But if you have only small capital and are willing to take risks for bigger results then cryptocurrencies will be more suitable for you.

You cannot invest in real estate if you don't have much money or if you have millions or billions of dollars but if you invest all that money in risky assets like crypto then it is not a wise decision. Therefore, depending on your circumstances and conditions, choose the appropriate form of investment, do not imitate or follow anyone.

Everyone must have different assumptions about this. Because in essence everyone has a different point of view towards these two assets. But in my personal opinion, Real Estate and Crypto are equally good investment assets. Therefore, I think people who choose to invest in crypto are very right and people who invest in Real Estate are also quite right. Because you need to know one thing, investing is how we are. The meaning is like this, if you are an expert and already understand about cryptocurrencies then invest in crypto. But if you understand Real Estate better then invest in Real Estate. So basically there is no need to compare because the investment assets are all the same. Maybe the only difference is whether the profit is big or small. Apart from that, there is one thing that I currently hold regarding investment, namely investing in assets that we have good control over. And currently I am involved in the world of crypto, especially bitcoin. So I just invested in bitcoin. Because bitcoin is an investment asset that I already understand.

You are right. Both investments are good, although I don’t really know much about real estate, and that is why I can’t say about it, but to me it will be good if someone who is willing to invest does so where he feels he will get comfortability and have knowledge about. You know, there are some people who, regardless of how it is, will still prefer crypto investment. They won’t bother about the risk, so I think it’s what makes you feel comfortable when you invest in there.

Bitcoin still remains the best crypto asset to hodl, although as you said, it is now. It is because you already know much and hope profitable cryptocurrency investment is, so that is why you choose bitcoin over real estate investment. Both are good for investment but choose the one which is really safe, easy and does not involve anyone or anything and is completely under your own control. I think crypto especially Bitcoin because there are so many cryptos or digital currencies but if you choose Bitcoin then it is a very good choice and do it for the long term to get huge profits.

And experts say that if you buy and hold bitcoin for a very long time then you will definitely have many houses that you buy from the profit of Bitcoin. So Bitcoin has the potential to make anything you want come true just by buying or buying periodically to hold it for the long term then you will get huge profits in the future but you have to understand and learn first and also know the risks that will be involved but in my opinion if you choose Bitcoin and do it for the long term I think the risk is very small and the most important thing is the belief and also the patience that you have to instill in yourself and only sell Bitcoin when you have made huge profits no matter how long it takes.

Both cryptocurrency and real estate are good investment with their own different risk. You can be scammed in both if you are not careful to do your due diligent research. You can also have a long time or short time profit in both depending on time of purchase and a buyer who is ready to rebuy at whatever cost if the said property is at a choice site.

To say real estate is the oldest in both doesn't hold any water because it doesn't really count regards to what can come out of both. However, one advantage of real estate over cryptocurrency investment is that the value of the property hardly depreciates or reduce in monetary value unlike crypto that has low and high volatility

But with crypto investment, you have your security because nobody knows your worth except you disclose, while you can't hide properties because it involves third party.

Most crypto investment hodlers still prefer real estate because when they cash out they still go back to buy some plots of land etc.

You can invest in both real estate and crypto if you have much money. But if you don't have money, invest in crypto will be enough. Until you can have a big profit from crypto, you can hold yourself from investing in real estate because that will cost a lot of money.

I prefer to invest in crypto before I can make a big profit crypto so I can use that money to invest in real estate. I can have patience to wait that profit comes to me so I can have many investments not just in real estate.

We should be wise and smart to choose the investment and check our funds before decide. If we can use the funds properly, we can increase the amount and do what we want.

No not really. But I do think one would be more preferable for others due to their capabilities and goals for the future. Personally I would want to invest in both but real estate is costly. A lot more costly than crypto and the return wouldn’t be as big nor as quick.

Well real estate has been around since ever. It is probably one of the assets that would continue to be valued higher and higher. It’s hard to say how one may outshine the other. Land is not easily obtained which is why there are more people to buy crypto.

But, it's wise to diversify into real estate if you have significant holdings in crypto. Real estate is tangible stuff, and it feels real compared to crypto. Your crypto assets can disappear with one mistake, unlikely to happen with real estate.

Every investment is unique provided it's yielding a good rate of return on investment. Every investment also have its own risk and uncertaintinty that may totally affect the inflow of income and sustainability of the investment.
Real Estate may be considered to be more stable investment in the aspect of fluctuation of income than cryptocurrency which the price is bound to dip and rise. Some investors even loss their capital in cryptocurrency due to dip in the particular coin asset they invested and the same thing is likely applicable in real estate where some investors loss their estate to fire outbreak.
In my own opinion, both investment have future potential and the tendency to bring sustainable income to investor. And therefore I consider them as good investment.

So there's a debate that has been going on for a long while now, which the the 'cryptocurrency Vs real estate '. There are people who thinks cryptocurrency is better than real estate why others tend to think otherwise.
However, while both have their pros and cons, we should also take into consideration that cryptocurrency is relatively new compared to real estate, and most old money tend to stick with it and the newer generations tend to go with the newer trend which is crypto..
